These guys are the best. Got stuck not too far from them and they were out to help me very quickly. They gave me a very fair price, better than anyone else in the area. The owners were the so kind, easy to chat with and truly helpful. Power washed our vehicle afterwards as it was fully covered in mud. Fully recommend their service if you find yourself in tough situation.

The guy that was driving the tow truck threatened to beat up my female roommate and told her that “not everyone can call daddy and use daddy’s money to get what we want” when trying to tow my roommates car out of her assigned covered apartment parking spot… I understand heated arguments can get nasty and vulgar language gets thrown around a lot in arguments like that but as a person representing a business turning around and threatening a college aged girl just because she told you that you can’t take her car because she pays for the parking spot isn’t at all professional. In no way was she aggressive towards the man driving the tow truck and the comments this man made to my roommate absolutely floored me…When the man threatened my roommate, he had a woman with him in the truck and said and I quote “I don’t need to lose my contract over you beating this b****’s a*** to the woman in his front seat. Keep in mind this was a grown man threatening a 21 year old female college student.As for the “daddy’s money” comment he made. Personally, I speak for all my roommates when I say we’ve all worked out butts off for the things we have. So yeah, you’re right. Not everyone can use “daddy’s money” to get the things we want. I take great offense to the fact that your staff can sit there and berate someone just because of some preconceived narrative.If I could give 0 stars I would. Parents, if your daughter needs her car towed PLEASE call any other towing service. I cannot believe this man had the audacity to bring another woman along so that he could threaten my female roommate. Sick and unbelievable.Service: Car towing

My daughter was driving home from TTU and was flagged over with a tire issue. She contacted Wildcat Towing. They stood outside and talked her to their location; immediately took care of her issue; and charged a whole $20. Thank you so much for taking care of our little girl!!!

My guys got into an accident with by moving truck. One hit the other in the back. My wife called wildcat towing and he took us to the cleaners for $950. We found out the next day that the other tow company would do it for $350/400 tops. What a scammer. Took advantage of my s when we were down…Service: Special vehicle towing

I live in Houston, Texas. My son is a student at Texas Tech in Lubbock. His transmission (or so I thought) went out on him and left him stranded. He contacted Idalou Wildcat Towing to tow him to the dealer for expensive repairs. When Steve, the owner arrived, he asked what the problem was and saw that it was a quick fix (for someone that knows cars). He went with my son to the auto part store, helped him select the part and helped him put it on. He probably spent 2 hours with my son and refused payment despite my protest. Wow! Nice to know there are folks out there like this! I highly recommend.

Was stranded on the side of the road for hours with my kids looking for a tow company when I found a local company in Idalou. After talking with wildcat towing they were there within 20 minutes. Wildcat Towing helped me out when I was stuck in the mud in Crosby County. They arrived in less than 30 minutes after I called and took great care of my vehicle while pulling it out of the ditch. The owner/operator was good ole West Texas folk who clearly value what they do.
