Today I brought my two cockerspainels in to use the self wash station. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dog wash. I use dog washes often. The Hutto location was filthy! The walls were filthy the floor was filthy the sink everything was gross. And everything was broken! There is not a single place to tether the dogs. Every tether is broken. One of the Two sink is broken and the spout is a pressure washer. Very dangerous for a dog. I paid to wash two dogs I brought them to wash them at the same time. But we couldn't because only one sink worked. There was zero water temperature control. Hot cold hot cold. My poor dogs were miserable. The dryers are not made for dogs. They are very loud and made my dogs cry. I have up and left. I asked to speak with the manager and express my issues. When I walked up to him he put his finger in my face and answered the store phone. When he was finished he completely disregarded my concerns. Said he would clean it up. My dogs are wet and cold. What a horrible experience!!

I was excited to try the dog wash station but was very upset to see the lack of upkeep. The whole floor was covered in pool water and I had to squiggly the floors as it was seeping into my shoes. (I wasn’t too upset, assuming another dog and owner left it like that before we came). Almost all the equipment in there is damaged/broken. The ramp that leads into the tub for large dogs was broken so I had to lift my 80lb dog into the tub. The leads in both tubs are broken. While washing my dog I realized the reason the floor was covered in water is because the tub doesn’t drain so any water used just flowed onto the floor. The floor does have a built in drain but the floor isn’t sloped to accommodate that. The tables where the dogs are meant to be dried and groomed are falling apart. The dirty towel bin was overflowing and all the brushes and grooming equipment were full of other dogs hair. Ultimately it got the job done but the quality of our experience was unfortunate and we will likely not be returning at least until some maintenance is done.

Stopped by to pick up several supplies for my ranch. Walked in and was greeted by cashier who was leaning against the counter, no customers in sight anywhere.I asked him if they sold softener salt. He began pointing to direct me to the outside of the store where bedding pellets are.I had multiple heavy items to load up all in the same area. I asked if he would ring me up so I could just grab them and load my truck up. He said well, maybe, and turned away.Then a young couple walked up to the counter and he said first Im going to help them.I said what?He ignored /kept his back to me so I left the store.You’ve got to be (f’ing) kidding me!I called the store a few minutes later to talk to the manager. A female answered said manager would not take my call she was busy and asked me for my name and number.FOUR hours later no call, so I called again, I could hear the manager saying “what does SHE want”? The call was then disconnected. I called again and was told we were accidentally disconnected and manager would call me back later. No return call ever came.I know good help is tough to come by these days but when you can’t even get a managers help we’re all in trouble.In what world is that acceptable customer service?

Making a left hand turn into the parking lot from Chandler rd is very dangerous. Traffic is moving at 60mph and does not expect to stop dead in the road because someone is waiting to cross thru the oncoming traffic. Also every time I shop there, someone is trying to get donations from me at the entrance. I love the store otherwise.

0 stars because 1 is too many. This store says every single day that they are out of propane. One the rare chance (only 2-3 times since July), they leave me and other customers waiting for 20 minutes or longer before servicing our tanks. The employee at the cashier today named Philip said "im one of the only ones here who can fill propane and I'm here at the register so...??♂️" I was a weekly customer at the Georgetown location but can't rely on the Hutto location to ever claim to have propane or serve me in a timely manner, which is unfortunate because I'm only 5 minutes away from this location. All these problems point to either racism or improper management/training. When I brought these complaints up previously to a cashier here, she asked which employee was taking 20 minutes to come out to fill and then said "oh no he's doing it again"

First truly bad experience in a Tractor Supply store. Went to get layer ration, and only crumbles were on the shelf. I asked the employee who was standing less than a foot behind me scanning other feed if they had any pellets in the back. (He had to have heard my son and I talking about the empty shelf, but didn't offer assistance.) He scanned the bar code and said they had 4, but he might have to dig in the back to find them, and made it feel like it was an imposition. I asked if I should try to find a different Tractor Supply, since we needed feed now. He paused for a good 30 seconds and then said he'd go look. ? After he left, I went around another aisle and found 20+ bags in the center displays. I ended up with my feed, but I've never run into an employee at Tractor Supply who really didn't want to help like this one.

This is regarding the self serve dog wash - this location closes at 9pm but stops taking dog washes “around” 7:30. I got there at 7:35 yesterday and was turned away. So today I get there at 7pm and was told the wash was occupied, so I ask if I can be next. The two cashiers check their watch and grumble to each other about how they’ll still need to sanitize and clean up after me, but let me purchase a wash but make it clear “no more dog washes” tonight.Once we get into the wash station, it was filthy with standing water and dog hair all around the wash tub. I load my 150lb Great Dane into the tub and start washing him only to find out the drain was CLOGGED and water built up during the bath and ended up seeping out of every crevice and flooding the room. On top of all this, the next customer was anxiously pacing outside of the window with his whining German shepherd, adding to the stress! Will never come back to this location due to the rude/put out service and the filthy facilities & cramped spaces.

Came here today to buy some SorbT for my aquarium that was recommended by a Fish Tank page. I asked the Cashier who was very helpful and directed me to Charlie. We had to go outside to find it and it was Way in the back of other piles of feed. We kinda looked at each other and I thought that he would tell me that he could not get it out which I was okay because it was WAY in the back. That was not the case. He asked me how many I needed. He came outside to put it in the car and I told him that I had not paid for it and he said, "I got you!" He had a little device that he scanned the bags and registered me to earn rewards and I paid. Easy Peasy! I told him that I would write a review for him and so here it is. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR CHARLIE AND THE CASHIER that I did not get her name! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! WILL COME BACK!

It's a tractor supply. If you don't know what they have, you probably pay others to do things that you can do yourself.

This is one of the newer Tractor Supply in the area. Nice people and affordable supplies. A great place to pick up chicks (usually spring and fall), chicken feed and coops. Also great 'small animal bedding' which is what I use for cat litter. Just like the brand name wood pellet liters, but way cheaper.

This place is great! You can wash your dog, shop for tshirts and grab cow feed all in one place!
