Mr. Lony! From the first time that i called him to check on a part on stocked hes teply was. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE OPEN TILL 10PM Get a different job if your not happy where you are now! You Cost me $208 to tow my vehicle all the way to austin from hutto! All because he refused to exchanged a starter that had warranty thru them. He said he tested it! And it worked! I want to know what the policy is? If it has warranty why not exchange it? I didn't asked him to test it! Exchange it! We went to a different location! And they exchanged the part with no issues and now I'm out of $208!!!! Because of Mr. Lony! And I called him back, today to ask for he's name and when is the manager above him will be there. And of course with he's little child attitude replies!!!!! He's not an asset to your company! DO BETTER O'REILLY

So I had a job interview this morning in Round Rock and it was raining in the morning and my windshield wipers on my 2018 F150 needed to be replaced. I walked into the Hutto store and I was out within seven minutes. Ernesto installed my windshield wipers in a heartbeat… faster than anybody’s ever installed windshield wipers probably. He was very professional and nice. Thank you Ernesto!!

The store manger who run this store need to go back to school or go learn about cars he had a attitude all because i disagree everything he said.the store manger dont know any about cars!!I know my stuff I work on cars since 17 years I work on cars and even do oil changes on the cars.he trying to sell us a O'Reilly motor oil to used on the car no you can't just put any motor oil in car engine because it take a special oil in the engine if you put the wrong oil in the engine it will mess up the engine and then have to do a oil change again!! The guy need to go back go learn about cars and even motor oil in the engine he act liked he is right what he said he never be right about cars.i work on cars since I was 7 years old I have tons of experience with cars and everything about cars!!!!!

the worst store that exists in the entire United States, bad service, they do not cover warranty they sell damaged parts, I do not understand how this store is still open the worst customer service that exists I prefer to buy at the autozone that is across the corner for the life of me I know that I see that store is burning or being robbed and I won't even turn to look at them,

Greeted by the assistant store manager and a smiling face filled with anticipation of being able to help a customer or potential customer. I had a battery issue and needed clarification if it was the battery, the alternator, or some other aspect so we would know what to fix. After several free diagnostic tests, he explained that he felt like the battery was sound and the truck just needed to be driven. He went to the trouble to explain that a lot of folks think that the alternator helps to charge up the battery while it's being driven, but in reality all it does is maintain the most recent level achieved. If the battery goes down a little, the alternator only maintains to that new level until a positive impact is made by charging.

Went in to see if they could check my battery on my Camero. Really nice young man came outside to see what he could do. We laughed because we didn't know where the battery was. So we both googled it. Well, it's in the trunk. So after we removed the value packs of sodas, I had just purchased from Sam's club for my office, we found where the battery was hidden. The problem was that he could only reach half of the battery. In order to get to the entire battery, we would have needed to remove the lining in the trunk. That was not gonna happen. Especially not in the parking lot. I appreciate that they were willing to test my battery for me and didn't say there would be a charge. My husband recommends going to O'Reillys because of the customer you get from them. I couldn't agree more.
