I went today to buy chorizo for myself and for family members that are coming from New Mexico. I shared a beautiful story with Dana there that was so kind and polite. I told her “ I’ve been almost 10 years in the US, coming from a small town in México called Múzquiz. Town that is very well known for its chorizo. I told Dana that I had never found a chorizo like the one my mom used to cook me in México. But when I tried the chorizo that this meat market sells, it literally tasted like home. I love it and will always buy it.

Westphalia Market is our favorite spot for groceries!The staff's friendliness is unmatched, always greeting us with smiles and engaging conversations. The meat counter offers a great variety, including top-notch grass-finished beef. We love the seasonal Volleman's milk and their community raffles, like the one with Ancira Salsa, add a fun touch.It's a fantastic store with an amazing staff – our go-to for a quick and enjoyable shopping experience!

Dana was AMAZING!!!! They have EVERYTHING!!!! All the meats, all the cheeses! GREAT PRICES!!!!! This is our GO-TO for Thanksgiving & Christmas and any family/friend parties!!! They are so nice, so helpful, so clean! LOVE!!! Thank you ladies!!!?????????

I stopped in here today after recently moving from Austin. I was looking specifically for a skin on pork belly which they unfortunately did not have, and couldn't get; at least not by Friday. However, when dealing directly with farms, some things are simply outside of one's control and I don't have much room to complain. Another butcher I went to had the same issue. That said, this place is AMAZING. Two separate associates went out of their way to help me, as well as suggesting where to look for the coveted pork belly (They were correct, and made my day). I will be heading back later this week to pick up the pork loin that I also need. The selection is large and diverse. They have both grass fed, and grain finished beef, all of which looked good, in all of the expected cuts. Great sausage selection, and some prepared items as well. I'm so happy to have found a local, knowledgeable butcher that I can frequent. I cook and eat a wide variety of meats, and I suspect I will be making many trips here going forward.

What a hidden gem I found. It's a butcher shop along with a small market of goodies everywhere. It is very convenient when prepping a meal same day. I also bought spare ribs that looked incredible. I only cutoff the backside since the marbling on this meat was fabulous. I don't think ima shop at heb when I can get better quality direct from butcher to grill. Oh and it was delicious!.. Bertha? I'm not sure if I caught your name but manager on duty helped me alot! Thank you for being kind and not judgemental for not knowing cuts that well. I will return for sure. The staff was also kind and friendly, focusing on us as consumers, very cool..

A Gem in Our Community!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't say enough good things about this grocery store. The quality of their products is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's like stepping into a place where you've grown up, where everyone knows your name. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the friendly greetings at the entrance to the helpful recommendations down every aisle, their customer service is second to none. Kudos to the team for creating such a special place!10/10 on their beef also. I love the fact that they always have something new for me to try. this tomahawk was challenging to grill but it came out delicious!

Being on a Keto diet, quality meat is super important. Grocery store fare can be hit or miss. I've been going to Westphalia for several months now and I am sooo happy I found this meat market!! Good meat consistently, and sometimes fantastic meat (e.g. highly marbelized (fat) ribeye streaks that melt in your mouth)!! I don't really use their produce or grocery offerings because they don't offer a lot for the keto consumer in that regard but it looks like they offer a lot for the traditional American diet. For me though, they keep me coming back because their meat is something I now trust to be high quality.

I love shopping at the Hutto Market. I shop there at least twice a week. Today I had a bad experience with one of the staff. I asked for leg quarters !!She said “we don’t have leg quarters!! I said ok y’all don’t have them anymore. “. She replied “I’ve been here a year and never seen leg quarters.!! I simply said yes I have bought them before. The lady went off on me said I’ve been here for a year and never seen leg quarters, and I’m not going to argue with you!! Very disrespectful. I didn’t say anything else. When I got to the counter. I explained to her that I’ve been shopping here for 7 years. All other times I’ve shopped there everyone was respectful and showed great customer service….

I love love love this place!!!!! They have amazing selection of meats, produce, and perishables. Makes my life so much easier than dealing with HEB when I just want to do a quick trip for dinner supplies. Love the staff as well!!!!!!
