I've been using this place for our vehicles for a few years now and they have been great. However, it seems like they were purchased by a new group, no familiar faces and I watched them bone a guy in front of me because they put an expensive synthetic in his truck he didn't ask for. They didn't know how to run the payment system to compensate the man. They just ignored him until he left. Also they weren't able to do a tire rotation due to there not being anyone trained on it. I love to support local businesses, but when they are sold off, we have to keep an eye on the changes in the business. So here's your heads up. We'll see how it goes.

was my go-to place to get my fleet of vans inspected and oil changed for the last 10 years. I guess they have had a management change, I went today to start getting vans inspected was told 30 minutes, there was 1 in the bay, 1 in waiting, and then my Van. They pulled 2 vehicles that were not there into the bay to be inspected. I left after the additional 2 vehicle was pulled in and told them, that I was leaving and would go somewhere else because they pulled those other 2 vehicle in front of me. Not a care in the world from what seemed to be the manager in charge.

Super smooth experience! I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning and they were done in ten minutes, and everyone working was super friendly! Sorry again that my dog barked at one of the employees!

Refused to pay for damages caused by their techs. Ever since they went corporate, they do not take responsibility.
Be careful bringing your vehicle here and watch them while they process the oil changes to ensure all the work is complete.

I have used Hutto Fast Lube & Tire Center to help care for my car ever since I first moved to the area years ago; they really treat you like family!
The people here are dependable, trustworthy experts who charge a fair price for their services and complete services in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them to my friends, family, and fellow community members!

This is where I go whenever I need an oil change and today was no exception. Service was quick and my instructions were followed to a "t". Personable folks and reasonable price.

Took time off to bring a new set of tires to be mounted and balanced, called days in advance and they said come on in. I arrived on thutsday (only day they do tire work apparently) and not only did they say they were busy, then they said since they weren't brand new from their shop they can't mount them.
Had I known this, I wouldn't have taken the time off to come in. Pretty frustrating as the first guy said yeah a couple miles on the tires is fine (from driving home from the dealership).
