This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Ryan and the manager Lad were awesome to work with, they were both super helpful, very down to earth and were straight shooters when it came down to the numbers. I was comparing two different vehicles with two different dealerships that day, and the difference between my experience with both Ryan and Lad vs the other salesperson and manager at the other dealership was like night and day. I had to make a decision about what vehicle I was going to purchase and with who, and when it came down to it I felt more confident about purchasing from Ryan at Covert Chevrolet vs the other salesperson and dealership. I could have purchased a new vehicle from any salesperson at any dealership, but it was because of Ryan and Lad, and the trust that I had in them of why I chose to buy with Covert Chevrolet, and why I can confidently say that I would definitely buy there again in the future. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle, but I am even more happy with the experience that I had leading up to, during, and after the purchase. I will gladly refer any friends and family members to Covert Chevrolet, and specifically to Ryan.

This was the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. The entire purchase from being invited to end was quick and easy. Kwami and Brandon were great! We will be back for sure!!

It was easy enough to set up a convenient time and date. The service department was busy, but my truck was accepted right way and taken back to the bay within a few minutes of arrival. Lack of a 5 star rating concerns what wasn't done.

I visited this location the other day not to buy but to just to browse for future reference. I will say that Will A. was exceptional to say the least. He knew I wasn't going to buy that day but still took the time out to answer all of my questions and show me new vehicles. He was very knowledgeable of the new tech on the vehicles and safety features. Which is exactly what I was there for. When I'm ready to buy I will definitely be asking for Will A. again.
