Paul, Joe and the rest of the team are amazing. They do amazing work at a very reasonable price. They were both available anytime I had a question and explained everything. They even sent a link once they diagnosed the problem with pictures. I am very impressed, they have a customer for life.

I had an obnoxious noise on the front right side of my car and I was nowhere close to home. These gentlemen took a look, figured out the issue which thankfully ended up being minor, and didn't even charge me for it! I insisted on tipping my mechanic but it was nowhere near what I'm sure they could've charged.. thanks yall, you have no idea how much it was appreciated!

I had taken my car here for a second opinion on my breaks that were done a couple of days before at another place and I was not happy at all. When I brought my car to Austin Automotive, they treated me with so much respect, they were professionals and they heard my concerns. I’m a women and the previous place where a went they treated me like I was dumb. Joe who helped me at Austin gave me the reassurance that I needed. Great service! They replaced the motor mounts and torque mount on my old vehicle, now runs so much quieter. The mechanics at this location know what they're doing.

Austin Automotive took care of my car need. After changing my battery, another issue came up. They troubleshooted every possible sources of the problem. They researched the issues until they solved it. I really appreciated it how they went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved.

I rolled in from Nebraska and my radiator blew up right in front of their shop. They got me in right away and had me back in a couple days due to the Fourth of July. I would go there again.

The people at this location checked my brakes after 68000 miles die to squeaking. They found no problems
Told Me brakes were really good still. There was no charge for the service
