I called this place and got them on the phone once and cant seem to get them on there again since then and its been 2 months smh every time i stop by no one is in the office and there is always a ill be back clock sticker on the door i even tried to come when they First opened and no one was there Ive been sending inquiries and no one has responded called or mailed anything either this place needs to be reported.

The fact that the back gate is chained up is a red flag because if there were an emergency and people needed to drive their cars and get out we would be in trouble. I don’t know who we need to report that to but that’s a red flag in itself. People shouldn’t have to come through the front gate if there are cameras around the complex, you know who’s here. We can’t even exit out of the back gate which is what is intended for. Also, if you want, someone to answer the phone when you call or need maintenance to come quickly don’t move here. You’ll be waiting for a callback for or service fixed for months.

I lived here for about 3 years! I never had a bad experience. The neighborhood was quiet for me! Maintenance came quick every time I put in a request!! They’d even help me get trash out if it was too heavy! They provide washer and dryers on the inside of the home plus a storage closet with massive space for a reasonable price. Patrol officers are always riding around as well for safety. Overall it was a good experience!

These apartments are not good to stay in they stalk you. Take your info and use it for something else. Still your money, and make you pay the same rent in the same month. The 24/7 Detcalf doesn't exist anywhere on Google. They change management every 3 months. It is a gated community. Please do not come here you will have so many problems you do not want.

I’m going through a difficult time and I have been into the office several times trying to get information that I need due to rental assistance they have just been giving me the run around I have talk with a leasing consultant and also with the assistant manager nothing still hasn’t been done so now my next step is talk with the manager than my last step will be corporate to get better assistance that’s another reason I don’t go into the office because I feel like like nothing gets done I have been humble and polite I’m needing things from them but they have been stalling me out

The infestation of roaches & bugs in this apartment is out of control! They've scheduled pest control twice and they never even showed up! The breezeways are really dirty and there is trash everywhere, especially the dog park that is closed because no one cleans it. Don't waste your time! Look elsewhere!

This review is regarding the maintenance guy Victor! He is so professional and timely. I put a work order in for one thing and when he came he seen something else out of place and fixed it as well. These apartments are very unorganized and disgusting. The residence are lazy. And the management does not respond to these types of things quickly. I stay here and this is what I see every morning. Trash every where inside the breeze ways, along the fence lines in the parking lot.. the playground is not safe for toddlers trash EVERYWHERE!!! Just in all not a good place to stay.Let me just continue to add on to this since there’s more and more going on, cops are here 14/7 something is happening. There’s supposedly security but when you call the line and and click to connect to them you get a whole different number connected to an investment office. They lie about a lo here. If I could start over and NOT EVEN LOOK THIS WAY I would
