Our new office manager Roxanna is doing a great job it used to be all bills paid and I don't really understand the bill part of it it seems to be extremely high but Roxanna is doing a great job. When I moved in here I could afford it because it was all bills paid now it's getting very hard my water bill is always higher than my light bill for some reason. My apartment went from 1,050 to 1,350 with my bills it's a struggle that's not what I signed up for the first time when I moved in now I can't move out because I don't have first and last month rent another problem I have with this place is the fact that if you live downstairs you have no private patio you have to live upstairs to have your own private patio which isn't fair as much as I'll pay for this place I should have a private patio I live right in front of the playground kids come over knock everything over that I ever put out on my patio it pisses me off because I can't have anything nice on my patio without getting destroyed I would like to have privacy I always wanted my own patio forever and I can't have one because it's all one community patio as much as y'all are making off these apartments these days you should be able to put up some fences

I have an efficiency apartment been living here for over five years every year on my renewal. My rent only went up $50 this past renewal. My rent now went up $100 they said it was because of market rate. I later found out others in my same building in efficiencies only had an increase of $50. I got singled out for some reason and now I’m paying more than others. I don’t understand market rate when an apartment complex for starters, doesn’t offer a pool or recreation center and they said they offer a laundry room with only handful of machines working for the entire complex and No apartments have washer a dryer hook ups. In addition to all of this, these efficiency apartments are 19 feet wide by 23 feet long multiplied together equals 437. These efficiency apartments are advertised at 530 ft. Square Feet, in reality they are 437 ft. Square Feet. That was their excuse for raising me the $100 on my renewal. I am not paying market rent. I am paying more than market rent and they claim they are equal housing Community. NO THEY ARE NOT.

We have had a wonderful experience with Gigi and Amy, who are the leasing consultants at this apartment complex. They are always pleasant, attentive, and ready to help. They are great problem solvers as well. We are grateful for their warmth and care, and for their hard work in ensuring that the residents have a comfortable experience living at this property.

We have lived here for a little over two years and were on the fence on signing a renewal this year. Rent prices are absolutely insane in the DFW metroplex and we really wanted to stay in this general area due to proximity to work, family, and friends. Gigi came in as manager a few months back and we started noticing improvement with the property. My husband interacted with Gigi a couple times over small issues and came back with glowing reports. We decided to renew our lease. Gigi is working hard to improve the apartment common spaces as well as the apartments themselves. I hope she stays and continues the improvements.For those thinking of moving here, this was an all bills paid complex. Now we are submetered for water, electric, and gas. There was a time where I would've told folks to think twice before moving here. Now that we have a great manager in Gigi, I'd say give the property a shot. Gigi is doing all she can to improve this property.For those currently living here, be patient. Gigi is actively working on issues within apartments and around the complex. Remember, she is one person and she can only do as much as corporate allows. Keep your requests and expectations reasonable and be patient.

I have had a good experience at The Bristol's apartments they are very spacious and I'm glad they are pet friendly also, the girls at the office Amy and Gigi are very helpful and understanding. Great place to reside at , come check it out !

Over $1200 for this roach infested dump are you kidding me!? Man people are delusional. You know what we call this place here in Hurst? The roach motel. Always have. I pay 1075 for my big nice huge apartment now no way would I pay even more for this ahahahaha
