I am not sure who the young lady is who answers the phone, but she advised that she is a one man show. To say she is rude is an understatement. If I could give her negative stars I would as this is the introduction into the company and she is the worse example of it. I usually DO NOT write reviews, but this bothered me to my core as her attitude was extremely NASTY. I was calling on behalf of a customer, and instead of handling the call with good customer she chose to be belligerent and ignorant. I wish that I would have gotten her name to post it, but did not, and I hope that I never EVER have to call this facility again. All I ask is that you change your attitude for further customers that may have issues because if you handle their problems/issues anything like you handled mine, I can see the company losing a ton of business.

Was treated with upmost respect and kindness. They took care of all that I needed with great professionalism and was treated like part of the family. Would certainly use them again and have told many people about what a great place of business they are. By far the best storage unit i have ever had. Thank you again for your service.

Amazing storage unit! The unit was clean, service was easy and very informative as to the type of unit I would need for my particular needs. Easy and quick access, couldn't ask for better service and accessibility.
