Biggest frauds I've ever dealt with. Their finance department is a joke and refuse to fix my contract we've agreed on. Months of trying to have it fixed and they still won't abide by the contract. Crooks and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I wouldn't give this establishment a star to save my life. The clerks or hard of hearing this the second time I been here in two days first yesterday because they didn't change my brakes when I asked bout 3 months ago they told me they where good and my sensors where bad but obviously my sensors was not bad. It read on my dash 14 and 43% on my front and back breaks they said they where good but as we seen yesterday they where not it was the brakes shoes that was really bad. I asked for them to be changed then denied service for that then. Came back yesterday we looked at them together the rotors where damaged and the inner brakes was hardly any on any of the tires. This was the only places working on my truck when my egr clip for my nox system got messed up so I had to let the truck sit at another shop till I can pay to get it fix. I asked for a oil changed with the parts that they should've paid and fixed because when I asked to get it fixed the other damages wouldn't have happened. I asked for a oil changed and all my filters changed they change the filters but didn't even do the oil changed neither did they give me my ro with the multi point inspection sheet. and didn't wash the vehicle sat there for 6 damn hrs for rotors to be turned and brakes and just filters to be put on this is unacceptable for any mechanic business. I am a mechanic I'm not dumb I do this for a lil I just came here because of trade in purposes and to show I kept up with the vehicle. I wouldn't send a stray dog here for help this just horrible. I'm honestly disappointed to say this is how the field does people out here and to a man who served his country for 10 years doing mechanic work and having plenty of people under me. For my brothers and sister in arms don't trust these people with your vehicle at this location. The service director Rivera trying his best but this is unacceptable. Rotors and brakes or given a time stamp for 2 hrs of labor from the time it's on the lift till it get off not 6 hrs. Also filters or not given that much time for labor because there or quick and simple.

The best experience I have had with a gmc service center in a long time. I was having warning lights come on, and other electric problems. They were very thorough with getting all the details and even accommodated contacting another person about my car status while I was out of the country. They also worked with my warranty. When I came to pick it up, they made sure to walk me through what was fixed and even mentioned how my mother (whom they spoke to while I was away) was such a pleasure to work with. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future and will be asking for Jimmy! Thank you for the great service.

Some times we like to leave a bad review only But in this case I am so happy with my new GMC sierra the price was great and the customer service from sales staff Mario and Sony was excellent I am definitely come back for my next purchase

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! Went in to buy a vehicle for the listed price, planned out purchasing for that price plus tax and so on. They came back with a magical $6,000 of add-ons, stuff they had already done to vehicle but decided to wait until running numbers to say anything about it. Price ended being 12,000 more that expected. Dishonest, misleading, and unethical. I hope they change but never will I be here again and will lead people away from this place.

I got my Buick Encore towed here to be serviced, and Gunner took care of me. He communicated with me throughout the whole process, was transparent about costs, and when it was ready for pick up.Well, I go to pick up my vehicle and I get my key fob. I get into the car and drive off. For whatever reason, I look down and see that the multiple keys, membership tags, and miscellaneous chains I had on the keys were missing.I immediately called and started heading back to the dealership. I got no answer when sent to the service department and it would disconnect.When I arrived, I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with assistant manager Hyme and informed him of the situation. He told me that according to their policy they do not take anything off the keys, and if they did it would be on the cup holder. I informed him that there was nothing there.He attempted to call the other dealership off of North FWY, but no one would answer. Hyme apologized for the inconvenience I was given a card, and I left.I called again to inquire about my items and spoke with the assistant manager's secretary who had me leave a message and told me I would get a call back. I told her that I was filing a police report as someone lost/took my keys and would not take accountability. Needless to say, my keys resurfaced two days later, but I never received a phone call back from Hyme.I came to get my keys from the service desk, and the guy had no idea where they were at first. I have yet to receive a call, an apology, or anything. I won't be utilizing this location's services if this is how customers are treated.

HORRIBLE AND LIARS!!! I took my vehicle to get an oil change on April 3. Prior to I had NO issues until after I took my vehicle there. Not realizing the reviews prior too. After my oil change all of a sudden I have a leak in my windshield reservoir. HOW!?!! Come to find out after I got a notification my vehicle saying "low windshield fluid." I was concerned because when you get an oil change the winds fluid is to also be topped off. So it threw a red flag instantly. So, I essentially go get the fluid and put in myself only to come and find out there is a leak. Now..if you did an oil change and to top of the windshield fluid as well how come you did not notice the leak?! which means you did not put fluid in there or would've known there is a "leak" I called to tell them about this leak that was not ever there before and now I have one. I called to make an appointment due to their issue that I know occurred cause of them as I have made them aware I so get notifications on my vehicle when something happens and after I leave I get a notification. Then on top of that think I'm going to pay for something they did there!?!! STOP IT!!! I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere cause I DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE GO ELSEWHERE!! They only want to take your money and ACT as if they did nothing wrong! SMDH I will never get my vehicle that I stay up on maintenance with there ever again. Beyond pissed.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET SERVICED. It has been an absolute nightmare to work with this dealership. I picked up my car Friday afternoon, I had been working with Gunner as my advisor, he was not there, but another female advisor helped me, and when I asked questions about the work that had been done she was extremely rude and told me to look over my paperwork or call Gunner Monday. Zero help. The next day my check engine light is on AGAIN. Come to find out they DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM or do a proper test to ensure the problem was fixed because all of bank 2 is running a high imbalance at 245 and cylinder 6 is the highest at 305.Secondly, I asked them to check my tire sensors because they kept going out. I found out that they never checked those either because as soon as I took my car to another dealership with a code reader they immediately identified the sensors that were messed up and told me they needed to be replaced.Lastly, Texan GMC left stray parts in my engine bay that could have easily fallen and caused more issues. I tried to get in touch with the dealership but they said there was nothing they could do and I should leave a voicemail for Gunner so he can call me. I left my voicemail and multiple others since, but not a single person has reached out to try and help me resolve this issue.
