I recently had a tire emergency and visited this NTB and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They quickly assessed the situation and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done.
The replacement process was swift and efficient, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I was back on the road in no time, feeling confident in the safety and performance of my new tire. The pricing was also very reasonable, and there were no surprise fees.
I highly recommend this NTB to anyone in need of tire services. Their excellent customer service and skilled technicians made what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free. I'll definitely be returning for any future tire needs!

FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE!!!!
Today, on 7/25/24 around 9:15 a.m., I arrived at NTB to try to get my low tire fixed. I spoke with the manager at the time, Anthony, about fixing my tire. He stated that it was going to take approximately an hour to fix my tire, so I trusted his word. While waiting patiently and reading my book, 50 pages later, I realized that it had been two hours, and they were still working on my flat tire. Then one of the employees came and told me that they had broken one of my studs and that it was going to take them an extra 30 minutes to fix this. After 30 minutes passed, I asked for the manager and the corporate number. The manager came and tried to explain his reasons for why they had been taking so long. I told him that I wasn’t satisfied at all with the deception of time to try to keep me there. I told him I could’ve gone a little further down the road to Firestone to see if their time frame was less. He stated that it was going to take an hour, and I replied to him that it had been two and a half hours, and nothing had been done. He said, “Well, we are giving you the service for free and that we are not charging you the stud which is 300 dollars.” I then replied to him stating that money wasn’t the problem; it was the lie that I was going to be served in an estimated time of an hour and nothing. I told him I was going to express my experience here, and he then tried to put me in a spot where I have to silence myself, or he would basically charge me for all the services, even the stud they broke if I spoke with corporate or complained. He tried to also give me a free oil change that I refused because obviously I wouldn’t come back to get an oil change at a place that takes 3 hours to fix a flat, with poor communication and management skills. If they would’ve accepted the responsibility for their actions, it would have been a little more tolerable of their error, but since they tried to put me in a position where I not only am risking my job because of the time they have taken from me, I also felt like they were trying to silence me from expressing my first and last experience there. I would never support this neighboring business or give my TIME or money here again. I remained very composed and quiet the whole time till I realized they have left me on the back burner. So, to whomever this is a concern too, I would like to leave this here as a testament of my experience there. I felt like a ghost. Thank you, NTB.

This place has bad customer service I was here for 2 1/2 hours with no update on vehicle for 2 new tires. The mens restroom toilet doesn't work it is full of piss. Poor customer service. Will not spend money here ever again.

Attention All Ladies!!! I brought my car here under the assumption from "Firestone" that my car needed a condenser for my AC unit, they were going to charge me over a thousand dollars! Instead Anthony re-checked my car's AC and determined it simply needed a valve replaced. Anthony not only replaced the part but also test drove my car to make sure the air remained cool, even told me to come back if anything changed. I recommend EVERYBODY to come here for your car needs, thank you again Anthony you and the staff here were God sent...

Such a great experience at the NTB at 10515 N Sam Houston PWKY. The service was prompt and courteous. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes for my oil change, tire rotation and system check. Thank you NTB

Anthony and Sierra were excellent! Got me in and out quickly, which is a blessing because there is no air conditiong in the shop. That was the only negative. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work in this all day, during a summer in Houston!

Great customer service! I searched for almost an hour trying to find a tire shop that would fix a flat on an ATV tire. I called this location and they were able to get the repair taken care of and did so with minimal wait time.
