Madry Motorplex is NOT a trustworthy dealership. I bought a 2015 King Ranch F-250 from them the day after the huge snowstorm in East Texas. I told them I needed a good reliable truck and that I needed something that could last me all long time and I could afford. Also btw I don't ever use YELP I hate it with a passion but this is worse. I bought the truck with them they seemed like trust worthy people and I used all the money I had to my name to buy it. A couple months after buying it it started making a noise and I thought it was something to do with starter so I got that replaced, $400 later. Needs 2 New batteries . Another $400 Later. Now truck won't start and it was checked by 5 different mechanics in my area. All said engine locked up. Keep in mind I just poured ALL the money I had into the truck so I could use it for my food trailer. Now it has been sitting in the shop and me still having to pay the LOAN and insurance for 1 year for it to sit in shop. And no they can't do anything to help and my full coverage from Geico can't either. Only asking $14,000 to get driving after I just bought the truck. DO NOT TRUST MADRY MOTORPLEX Thanks a lot .

Sad way of doing business! I felt really good about purchasing a truck from this company, even though it was 1100 miles away. It didn’t take long after flying in and sitting down with them, that the RED Flags started coming out. The stories about customers, having issues on their way home with vehicles they’ve purchased, not contacting them first, having the vehicle fixed and wanting reimbursement. “We don’t do that” we call Oriellys, ask our price and reimburse the customers just that! Then they slide in the paperwork “ no warranty “! My comment, seriously?! 16 hr drive, 1100 miles. What if something happens on my 16 hr drive home, nothing? They come back, well- if it’s wipers or little things, no… but if anything else, call us and let us know. 10 hours into it, no heat from heater core and engine light comes on. Get truck home, make an appointment to look into it, get estimates and call the dealership. Please send us the quotes! Heater core plugged, I’m in Ohio and temps are in the teens. Engine light, no communication to turbo actuator. $2200 in repairs total. Call once a week for three weeks and then the run around starts. One excuse after another, owner is never there but he has to think about it before any repairs. Constantly telling me, the owner will usually help with some of the costs, which would’ve been appreciated… they send a text” sorry no good news” a text! If you’re looking at anything at this dealership, take it to a shop and have it scanned. If any help at all, I wouldn’t be blasting them! I congratulate those of you that were able to get , some, help with repairs after your purchase!!!!……

I purchased a truck in August from here and have waited to post a review to be sure I was 100% happy and the truck had no issues. I am over the moon with the purchase and have had 0 issues with the truck. Great customer service from Austin and very up front. I did take the truck to my mechanic (always suggest doing this no matter where you buy from) there were a few minor issues, but overall everything checked out! Very happy with my purchase and will be going back here when it is time to upgrade. Thank you Madry Motorplex for giving me my dream truck!

This dealership goes the extra mile and my salesman, Pete, was very honest and helpful. I especially appreciated the accurate photos of the truck because I traveled a long ways to look at it. He returned my calls promptly, held the truck a few days until I could look at it, and took the time to answer all my questions, and even sent someone to pick me up at the airport. Thanks a lot!!!

Think twice about this company for a truck. Purchase. Bought a truck and ended selling back months later. They inspected and heater didn’t work, we never used the heater because it was summer time . The gave me an offer on the truck then I paid $1,200 to fix what was needed. Then went back and they decided to give me $1,500 less than the told e from the beginning.

Drove 8 hours to this dealership with a lot of doubt and worry after reading the reviews but 8 hours was well worth it vehicle was exactly as described Willy is an amazing sellsman gave me the exact deal they said they would over the phone exceptionally fast was there for 40 minutes tops overall a great dealership with great people

Update: after buying my truck from this dealer back in 2016 I never once had an issue with it in the three years that I owned it. I would 100% go back to this dealer. I know they did everything to get things right for me the first time and made it a wonderful car buying experience. For those reviews saying that they had issues with their trucks need to remember it is a used car dealership and we all signed paperwork saying AS IS. However, as I noticed they have reached out and tried to fix the customers complaint which they don’t need to do. That’s a business I would go to time and time again.Nervous about buying a used truck and something going wrong with it straight out the door? There is no need to worry here, yes this exact thing happened to me and even though i signed the paper saying its a used car and its as is, James took care of me not only once but twice!!! These guys take care of their customers and live by what they sale. Not only did they take care of my truck, they were also the only dealership out of five different dealers that i called, that would do any leg work. I live out of state and they went out of their way to find a local transport company to ship the truck to me when no other dealership would. The couple places i called quoted me over 1400 bucks and James was able to get it 600 dollars cheaper. I will be sure to come back to these guys time and time again.
