Pharmacy takes an unreasonable amount of time to get prescriptions out to clients. My partner suffered an animal bite and dropped off his antibiotic prescription around 6pm, was told it would be ready by 10am the next day. Long story short he didn’t get his meds until 4pm that day and contracted an infection due to starting his antibiotics too late. Thanks guys. WORST pharmacy ever seriously

Haven’t been to this Walgreens in a while, came to place an order for invitations and was prepared to wait till the next day because it was an hour till closing but James Williams helped me out. Super kind and helpful, not just with me but with every customer after me.

Manager the female on duty and the sales clerk both were unprofessional. So rudeness has the hijack their system to avoid Refund. I purchased a hair gel and other items but was returned one product cost 5.99 Obviously there so depersonalization the situation. Give me a card instead I have a valid receipt and product that was bought two days ago. I was like no I will receive my refund in cash talking because I came at night it shouldn't matter whatever time of day. White female get nail were dirty as she has been digging in flower pot of dirt. I told her get outta with all that unfortunately I told her for Walgreens not me. All there location just about shut down Unpleasant custom service like. no policy that match. I paid cash that bottom line return back as the items were purchased.

not only as ex pharmacy employee but also as a paying customer at this walgreens i’m writing this review to let everyone know you will not be treated as a customer here or as a human being. working in this locations pharmacy they train you to treat patients/ customers with disrespect and train you to not consider their needs whatsoever. if you go to this walgreens YOU ARE ON THEIR TIME. not your own. i shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes to find out why my online order is being delayed. it’s good to see most management that worked there while i was there is now gone. the lady’s in the pharmacy need to be put in check.

I went to the Broadway Street Walgreen to get a prescription and the pharmacist and everyone there was so helpful patient and friendly and the manager was also very passionate and helpful it’s hard to find a team like that so keep it up team you are Awesome
