The pharmacy is severely understaffed 24/7. Every time I pick up a prescription I end up waiting at least an hour. Doesn't even matter what time or day I go. Horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would horrible pharmacy customer service. I drop off my prescription and was told to pick it up by 6pm wen I got them After spending 30 min in line I was told that it wasn't ready bc "someone" forgot to put it in the system and that it would not be ready until the morning , manager was horrible and unapologetic will never come back here

Came to get my vaccine and I had to wait over an hour even though I had an appointment. Terrible experience. Very slow people.

I dropped off a prescription that they were not able to fill at the moment. A week later they got the medication in but it was extremely high. When I asked if they would match Krogers price they refused. When I asked for my prescription back...they refused again and insisted that I have the other pharmacy call them to get my prescription back. I'm not sure the reason why they held my prescription ransom but it's ridiculous. Also, don't bother trying to call because you'll be on hold forever.

Waiting in drive thru since 12:21 it know 2:40. Still not have been waited on. Terrible waiting service .

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by the store manager Mr. Zachary. I ordered a few photos and swung by after work to pick them up but unfortunately they were out of the sizes I had ordered. They were only printing two sizes 5x7 and 8x11 if I remember correctly. The lady in front of me had an issue with her photos not being ready a few days ago and her having to stay later than she should have for her pictures to be ready. She asked to talk to a manager and that's when Zachary started to help her and resolve her issue. Even though I was waiting a while behind her in line I was impressed with how he handled the situation. I can admit this is not the best Walgreens there is but it's the employees that make it a whole lot better! Thanks Zach! Your hard work is noticed!!

Came here one day while really sick to pick up my prescription sent by my doctor. Waited 20 min in line and once I got called to be helped, the employee couldn't find my prescription. I was told to wait 30 more min for my meds to be ready. One hour has passed and they were still not ready.. no apologize no explanation for the delay. Need more people working at the pharmacy.
