Young Predator at this Walgreens followed me around store asking about disturbing harmful questions about me. Followed me around premises asking to fight and recording under my shorts when I needed to bend down.

Do not call this pharmacy hoping to get through. They will pick up the phone just to put you back on hold and never actually answer. I can see why Walgreens is slated to close several locations. This should be one.

Never answer the phones, and when you get there is not that busy, very poor service, also runs out of meds often.

A pharmacy with very bad service, they take too long, they are and live in a Hispanic neighborhood and they hardly serve in Spanish, if you can, don't buy anything

I had to change companies because of the bad service they gave me when I asked for someone in Spanish and very rudely and poorly educated they simply hung up on me and I felt very discriminated against and humiliated and it's not worth it, they should have more professional people!!!! Please do something please!!!!

My experience with walgreens on quitman was terrible. They don't explain any thing on the phone, they only hang up on you when you ask to speak to someone in Spanish.

This pharmacy has come through consistently. We switched from HEB Heights because they were often out of stock and took 12+ hours to fill prescriptions. Happy with the communication and efficiency here for the past 4 months.

They are often out of the prescriptions I need so I end up picking up from a different walgreens. They also take forever with their covid test results. I've been waiting 8 hours now. When I go to the Tidwell location I get results in about an hour.

The worst experience with the pharmacy. I came to pick up my prescribed medicine for iron deficiency tablets to ensure a healthy pregnancy. The pharmacist (an Asian man) refused to fill my prescription and told me to eat meat instead. Literally assuming the role of my Dr. I was stunned and decided to leave.

The WORST pharmacy experience!! A month ago I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to turn me away when I made it to the window 5 minutes before closing. Tonight, dropped off my prescriptions at 4pm. The young man stated they would be ready by 5:45pm. I arrived at 7:30pm and he said they were not ready. That they also weren’t even in the system! No apology. No explanation. Just shrugged his shoulders. Now I get to be in excruciating pain all night long after being at the emergency room for 8 hours today all because they don’t know how to do their job. Unacceptable!

The printing on the perscription bottles is often unreadable which is often a problem when phoning in for a refill..You have to check your bottles before leaving. They have twice filled a perscription I no longer take and didn't fill one I requested.Once you walk away there is no returning it.

Pharmacy staff are friendly but overworked. Had a vax appointment but had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time before getting the shot. Go somewhere else if you value your time.
