I love this store and the clothing, but had a horrible experience with the staff recently. When I entered the store no one was on the floor for at least 5 minutes. Eventually one of them said "oh hi" from the back. Another customer walked in and greeted me because she thought I worked there since no one else was out. They eventually came onto the floor. As I shopped, I asked one of them if they had all sizes out and they responded from across the store that they had additional sizes in the back for some things so I asked her her to check on a couple of items, she then asked if I wanted to start a room since I was holding 12 items at this point. I accumulated more items and the other woman came up to me to ask if I wanted it added to my room and said "we have a limit on items", but failed to say what it was and walked away. My cousin joined me in the store and they did not greet her, and I explained to her no one had been greeted. She left the store and I went to try my items on. During my 30 minutes in the dressing room, they checked on me once. When I went to the counter to pay I placed my items in the counter and one of them asked if I found anything I liked, and I said yes everything on the counter. Then she was surprised and asked if I wanted to know the cost of each item, I declined. At this point they began to pay attention to me because I was spending a large amount of money. Just terrible terrible degrading experience.

Was with a friend, shorter lady at the front definitely profiled my friend. Right when we walked in, she constantly stared at him/me. Felt very uncomfortable and left

3 stars = 5 for Vince clothes and 1 for Vince employees = average of 3. When you are purchasing high end clothes . . . the sales people love you. When you walk in to return 1 item . . . you are despised. Difficult to get someone to help you. They treat you like the enemy. And . . . even if you have tags on the item, a viable receipt and are within the return time frame parameters . . . be prepared to get a cold reception. ALWAYS check your return receipt . . . 90% of the time they get it wrong.

I love Vince so much I have been sleeping in the XL shirts for the past 2 years now, nothing ever peels, you pay for what you get. The amount of short and shirts, and random items my fiancé and I have of Vince is Sick. Really. I was not a casual dresser, but now I throw on a Vince T with a little fitted skirt, some slides and take off. Your skin will thank you, and your bank will too. I have probably every color tee and when they get more or a new design I don't buy 2 in every color because that one will last me YEARS. and when they are a few years old I just start to sleep in them. Ha ! Best investment ever. Can't wait to see the shoes and handbags for spring ! Yasssssss.
