I previously wrote a one-star review, which I haven't been able to find to update. I want to clarify that what I initially thought was a problem with this store losing my packages was actually an issue with the labels from eBay.
As an online seller, when I started receiving inquiries from buyers about not receiving their packages, I assumed they were lost since the tracking information didn’t confirm that USPS had received them. I now realize this was a label issue, not the store’s fault.
I apologize for the one-star review. This store was not responsible for the label problem.

This is supposed to be an official UPS store. I was returning two Amazon items with the option of 'Ship at official UPS store - no label needed'. So I take my boxes to this place. They are taped up well, nothing needed but the UPS label. The Asian lady tells me they don't print labels. That you have to log on to their computer (for a charge) and print the label (also for a charge) yourself. Now, any other UPS store I have been to this has not been the case. South Post Oak, for example. All they have to do is scan the bar code I have in my email or on my amazon account that I can pull up with my phone. This place is just trying to get extra money out of you. I will only go to S. Post Oak from now on. Shame on you. I will also report to UPS.

Came in on a Friday afternoon. The store was really busy. The staff greeted with smiles. The store located in an older shopping center with limited parking spot.
