What a cheesy low class store I brought in a box that I didn’t know had to be sealed for an Amazon return and they wanted to charge me one dollar for 12 inches of tape - trash

Today I had a great experience at the UPS office, Richmond Court, Houston, TX. Starting from the managers, both brilliant men, so polite and respectful. Today I specifically want to THANK the lady who helped me, her name is Ms. Namrata. She is beyond great employee, not only with me but I noticed the amazing way she was helping others. I would not say enough to explain how patient and kind she is. Thank you so much Namrata.

Been going here for a little while. Needed something shipped, needed a box and bubble wrap no problem I’ll pay for it. Shipping was about $50 but it came to $70 they failed to mention there are other charges for material and packing. You should really tell your customers beforehand. I should’ve known after having asked twice if it’s extra for bubble wrap.
These people will upsell you without telling you that there’s additional cost, which is very shady for a business and greedy!

My UPS store in my neighborhood closed. So I had to go to a new one. So glad I came to this store it is now my new store. The staff are beautiful people with a beautiful personality and lovely to work with. It is personable and takes their time to make sure me as a customer is very satisfied. I'm overwhelmed and even though it's a little bit out of my way I will come to this store whenever I need shipping copying printing or even a mailbox.

Appears to be a family run operation. Service was good. Store team seems to be doing their best to help customers. Store is clean and well organized. Ample parking.

Looks like a normal UPS, but definitely 5 stars service. Stephane is best. Her knowledge and patience make my best Amazon return experience. Her spirit on customer service make you happy. ? ?
