Do NOT use this location as a UPS access point!! If you don’t buy a mailbox from them, they will charge you a $5 holding fee PER PACKAGE! The funny thing is, I have picked up multiple packages from them in the last few weeks and was never charged to retrieve my package. What they are doing is basically extortion: holding your package hostage unless you pay the fee. If I could give them zero stars, I would!! Not to mention there’s a ton of trash in the parking lot and all over sidewalks. This location is garbage. I’d rather pick my package up on Pluto!!!

The store near my location has late hours and open on Sundays. This is a great service for those needing a place to send packages before work on Monday, print documents when your printer breaks over the weekend and just taking regular mail needs.

Amazing, friendly service. The gentlemen running the facility were incredibly helpful despite horrible weather (pre-Beryl wind and rain) and the fact that it was a Sunday.

I walked in there to drop a package off that I already had a label on it and the guy that was there told me that I couldn't drop it off without them giving me a receipt and I told him I did not need a receipt and he told me that was their policy. These folks clearly do not know how to run a business. There's a reason why people create the labels so they don't have to stand there in line and wait.

The online negative reviews truly speak for themselves. Rude Employees, overpriced, and very disorganized. It is truly amazing as to how this UPS store continues to stay in business. No need for the business to reply to this post with any of their bogus response(s).

I have never been to this place, I don't know how it works, but I wanted to write about UPS. This is the worst I am experiencing from UPS. Two different packages that were supposed to arrive at my house are being sent to a CVS and they are telling me to pick them up there. I got to CVS and they told me that they don't take packages, so I contacted UPS and that this has been happening with different people who go to request packages there. When I called UPS they told me that maybe the stores put that address. Which is not true, because they were already two different stores. The customer services lady told me that I had already entered my address and that I should wait until tomorrow and the packages would arrive. No packages arrived today. The UPS car passed by my door and did not deliver a single package and the worst of all is that they tell the stores that I have refused to take my packages. It is the first time something like this has happened to me and I hope it is the last because after this I have been disappointed with UPS.

Since new management came in a year ago, give or take, this UPS location has been spotless and efficient. Great changes!!
