We went to try to get prices on some garage doors and asked the Hispanic guy that was by the entrance for prices; He looked at us up and down and said “why would I give you prices, some of these garage doors will be in the $10,000s” insinuating we couldn’t afford it due to how we were dressed. I will never recommend this business to anyone unless they want to get humiliated for being humble. Never again will I attempt to do business with this company after the treatment I received and I hope that the the guy was just a worker and not the actual owner of the business. Either way, horrible customer service; attempting to humiliate customer will definitely not keep your business up and running. This is an embarrassment for this company.

Sales people are awesome!! My only complaint is that takes more than an hour to get anything from the warehouse, we can see employees on their phones, not caring about loading orders in a timely manner.

As an interior designer and remodeler I have bought from this location for many years. The service has always been friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. The same staff has been there for many years which is also a great sign in todays world of rapid change. Great range of very diverse products to select from at very competitive pricing.

I wanted to develop a good relationship with Unico for supplies, and all went well working with Diana until they were suppose to send a check for the credit on my account. It's been several calls, text messages through Diana and vm messages along with talking to Mike, the general manager who promised the credit memos he had in hand were getting taken care of. It's been 60 days since the overage of wood supplies were returned for a credit and I still don't have a check. Be careful what you order because if you think you will receive a credit for returned items it may or may not happen.

After reading reviews it seems this place has its ups and downs. I was recommended to Unico by my carpenter, but never have I received this type of customer service. It was beyond terrible. The so called expert at the front “the blond lady” was extremely rude. They didn’t have any item I need in stock. Seems like they didn’t have the quality materials in stock and they can’t even get an estimated date to expect the skus. This store definitely needs some kind of leadership to improve customer satisfaction. Rating .5 out of 10

Absolutely beautiful products and beautiful showroom. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I was one of two customers there and could not get help. I did see about 9 employees hanging out. I asked the lady at the front desk for help and she told me to walk around and get it. I couldn't get anyone to help me so I went back to her. She said they didn't have time to walk around with people and answer questions. I am shocked and so disappointed because they do have beautiful stuff that is high quality.

I wanted to like this place. It's a beautiful showroom, but not very DIY friendly.I came here to browse mid afternoon on a Friday. Limited hours make it hard to shop here if you work a day job during the week.Front desk lady greeted me in a friendly manner but really did not understand me very well. I could have tried spanish but I don't really know the trim and moulding vocabulary.They have a lot of cool stuff here but you have to know what you're looking at and inquire about price. Things aren't labeled very well, e.g. crown molding, base molding. I mean, yeah, I should know the difference by sight but help a guy out please. All in all and with the communication barrier I found this store bewildering. This place is probably best left to spanish speaking remodeling contractors. I think I'll just get some boring basic trim at home depot or lowes.Some of the positive reviews here look fake to me. Mentioning the owner by initials seems like a big tipoff that the review is not completely genuine.
