I’ve never seen a retail store open whenever they want to contrary to what the posted hours on their door says… Customer service also lacks. Never greeted or asked what I was shopping for, just a body behind a register… I won’t be shopping here again! My experience at the other boutiques in The Village were outstanding and they have my business for life!

walking into the store was greeted and was very friendly. while in store looking for a certain outfit the manager was very helpful!

First time in the store and was very impressed by the selection. There were 2 ladies working and were very nice. They gave me space to shop but were present to help me when I was ready. I bought 2 cute dresses for a mid 30 year old. We will definitely be back to this Rice Village gem.

The customer service here is horrible. I walked in to the store with associates in the back room having conversation. No one ever greeted me. Even when I picked up a dress to try on. The associates worked with another customer that wasn't of color as I. This customer entered the store after me. Associates set them up ina fitting room, asked if they needed further assistance and offered their help in the case they did. They then returned to the back of the store. I decided that although the dress I tried on was on sale and super cute, it wasn’t worth spending money in a place that made me feel so unwelcomed. I do not recommend this place.Most of their items are over priced anyway.

Stupidest return policy they won’t take your online returns in store. I drove 30 minutes to exchange a pair of jeans. It does state on the return policy on the receipt but I didn’t read it’s my fault but that is a d*** return policy! You have to pay to have your items shipped to you and you had to pay to have the items returned. I will not shop here again.

Young employee named "Mia" at the San Antonio Alamo Heights location is extremely unprofessional and gave me lots of attitude. I was a first time customer and bought 150 dollars worth of clothing that I had less than 24 hours before deciding to return. When I went into the store I was unaware of the stores policy of only refunding by providing customers with store credit. Shocked by this realization instead of being understanding by my frustration (considering I do not nor ever will shop all that store again) the "manager" "Mia" had a condescending tone and started to state all the locations "impeccable pig was located" and rudely exclaimed that the extremely small sign that notified customers of store credit returns was presented on the checkout counter (not visible to a person standing). Additionally, she asserted that the recipient also stated the credit store policy but when I purchased this clothing the printer was NOT working. Be aware before purchasing an item here. You can except how frustrated and underwhelmed I am from shopping here, considering this purchase was withdrawn from my personal debit account and I am a full time law student.

Terrible experience with the online store. Ordered two items and both were very different in regards to color from the website pictures. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be blue and it was grey. I ordered a sweatshirt that looked pale pink, but was tan. When I contacted the store, they told me I could pay return shipping. Since the colors were clearly not as pictured, I didn't think I should have to incur the expense to return them. They don't stand behind their products and the service is awful.

Clothing is cute and ambience is nice, but had an issue with a return. The store has a credit or exchange policy only-which is posted at their register. However, I talked with the store representative when purchasing a dress asking if there was anyway to return to my credit card instead if it didn't work out with a belt I thought at home. Particularly because the dress was more expensive in cost. She said yes I can return it. Came back two days later to return and a different associate said she didn't even have the capacity to return to card in the store. She called the manager and after a brief (literally only ten seconds of that long) conversation she said there was nothing she could do. Both store representatives were extremely nice but this miscommunication was disappointing and means once I manage to spend the store credit, I won't return to the boutique.

Today was my first visit to the store. I loved the store and the clothes were amazing. I was truly impressed by Holly. She was the only salesperson in the store, but she made every single customer feel special. Today may have been my favorite shopping trip ever. Thank you Holly.

Store has young fresh looks. Colorful, variety of dresses, tops and bottoms. Fun earrings to go with any out fit. Small sassy boutique that you could find something in 20 minutes.
