I’ve been using Take 5 for the past year and the location off hwy 6 and Westheimer was outstanding!! The customer service was 10/10!!I will make this my home location moving forward.

Service was extremely friendly and fast! Ray (maybe Roy I’m sorry) was helpful and friendly as well as the manager Emily. They gave us some coupons for us and others and even gave us free chilled waters while we waited, this has been the best location I’ve been to

Emily handled my car inspection. She was a delight from the moment I arrived. She displayed outstanding customer services skills and enjoys the work she does. She was so courteous, friendly and told me exactly what she was doing step by step. I was so pleased with my overall experience at this location and would certainly return.

This location is AMAZING!! Alex, Rony, Emily, and Andrew were a great team and provided the best customer service i've seen at any oil change stop. As soon as we pulled in to the bay, Alex gave us complimentary water bottles and made us feel welcome in every way. Thank you guys for an unforgettable experience at Take 5!
