I scheduled an appointment with this Company and they didn't show up or bother to call me to let me know that they would not be able to make the appointment. What else is there to say. I will not be using them as a contractor that's for sure.

Hired them for several projects around the house. I had them continue coming back out because they either didn't do the job right or didn't actually finish the job. Granted, they said they would have their guys keep coming out until we were satisfied. However, me having to take so much time to review their work and point out exactly what they missed over and over again made it not worth it, especially for the amount of money I paid them. Overall, the quality of their work was not worth the price.

The floors, kitchen, and bathroom were complete. Hadasa made sure all was right in the work. She inspected everything. The work is beautiful. The workers cleaned each day after their jobs and we appreciated it

Not even worthy of 1 star did not finish job had to hire other contractors to finish job absolutely worst experience, lied all the way thru job said they would have cleaning service after job was completed said we would have new house inside and out didn't happen didn't even paint cabinets and doors. ElectricIan messed up our electrical , had to hire another electrician to fix what smart home remodeling messed up. Would not hire them to build a dog house. And by the way lock up jewelry, stole 2 diamond rings.

I had a really bad leak in my roof the they made it out the next day and my roof was fixed up better than I could have hoped in three days turns out I had lots of weak points and leaks everywhere! THANK YOU GUYS!!!! y'all saved my wallet and my home

I hired Smart Home Remodeling to repair and paint exterior. The day they were to come tear off old boards, they tore off my neighbors fascia boards . When they realized they had the wrong house, they placed boards on ground and didn't say anything to anyone. They then removed boards from my house. They never prepared , sanded,chalked or filled holes before painting. They hammered siding back on with the nails visible.,never pressure washed mold off house.The painters painted doors closed, never used paint trays just dipped rollers in paint can and dripped paint everywhere.The filled the attic air vents with paint ,hammered boards on crooked.When I expressed my concerns I was told to wait till they finished ,which then was too late .Instead of fixing the repairs ,they offered to take money off . They never came back to finish repairing my neighbors home or pressure washing my house that they charged me for. Don't be fooled by the A+ rating with the BBB as the work was closer to an F . They wouldn't even acknowledge the 20% off flyer that was left on my door or a senior citizen discount. p

This was my first time getting work done with these people and I wasn’t disappointed. They took great time with me and helped me get my work done. I would definitely use them again. I needed help with for a bunch of work especially my siding. The contractor sali was really good to me. I have already recommended them to my friends.Services: Cleaning

They are still in process of finishing the work. Sali did my bathroom and front deck would recommend her if you do business with these people. They gave me constant check ups and updates and made sure things were always going well.Services: Interior painting
