John and Grange at Sherwin Williams at Chimney Rock & Winsome location provided exceptional service. We recently had an issue with the red oak finishing done by our floor guy a week ago, as it was unevenly applied. Wanting advice on alternative color options and how to fix the red and orange color discrepancies on the wood, we decided to visit Sherwin Williams. Grange quickly assured us that he would consult with the manager, John, to see if they could offer any suggestions.To our surprise, John himself reached out to my husband shortly after to offer his assistance. They wasted no time in coming to our house and provided invaluable tips and guidance to help resolve the problems we were facing with our red oak finishing. Their prompt response, expertise, and helpfulness truly made our experience with Sherwin Williams the best we have ever had.

IAN is the most unprofessional manager I've ever met at a SW. He was very rude and irritated over simple questions. Instead of helping find a solution he gave attitude and treated me as if I was clueless. Talked a lot of mess in the back with other employees while mixing the paints. HE WILL BE THE REASON SW LOSES MY BUSINESS. I've shopped with SW for many years, as I'm a contractor and have credit accounts with them and everything. I Would give no stars if possible. Worst manager ever!! IAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A STORE, LET ALONE BE A MANAGER. SW needs to do better when hiring personnel.

BIG Shoutout to Marwin and Ian. They both went out of their way to assist me and even showed up in person to help me set up a commercial account. Their enthusiasm for their work and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Not only did they provide excellent service they made me feel valued as a customer and that exceeded all my expectations. In todays world that is rare I am grateful. I highly recommend.

I have visited almost all the sherwing willians stores but this one has terrible to horrible customer service the manager has an overbearing aptitude and his employees are learning to do the same,
