Very bad customer service. They try to sell you over price paint. $100 for a gallon of paint for a restroom. Come on.

Hi guys. I don’t recomend this store at all. I have waited already 40 min. To purchase 5 small spray cans to prime something. However, There is no profesional service in this store I asked the guy if I can pay for that only (no paint needed) but he says I have to wait my turn. No personnel enough today Saturday April 22,2023. Thwy need put more attention to this store.

Extremely slow and no professional work. To buy primer cans took them 40 mins. If you in the hurry don’t come here. I don’t recommend this store until they change personnel.

Andres helped me located swatches of paint that I researched online and suggested I take them outside to see "true" color which was SUPER helpful! Was able to narrow down my choices : )

Very rude customers service.I know the my worker’s. They don’t speak English well but they don’t have to be rudeness, or keeping waiting or hangout. Making funny noises. I buy a lots of painting pallets from sherwin Williams say goodbye to my business. Bobby get a job if you don’t pay welll. Thanks f

Online order system does not work well so you're better off just calling. The online system said my order could be filled at this location but that was not accurate. Instead of calling me to tell me, the store staff sat and did nothing. I had to call in and ask before anyone bothered to tell me I needed to order from another store. Not stellar service at all.

HORRIBLE experience! After applying my contractor discount there multiple times KATRIA rung me up for their last 4 quarts of gloss I needed and refused to give me ANY kind of discount. Why is that? Everyone I go in there (at least once a week) the discount is applied. Just because these are the last 4 you have I can’t get a discount now? I will never be going back there and giving them my business.

I have always liked the Woodway location. They always seem to go out of their way to get you what you need and try to be cost conscious for you while doing it. I am in the process of selecting paints for a new home we purchased and getting the right color is THE most difficult thing for me. I like all the samples you can buy and the peel and stick paper. Please don't change.

I needed to order some material I needed for a project over the phone on Monday morning, I waited on hold for about 8 minutes but when I finally spoke with someone I just him my 13 gallon order. Approximately 90 minutes later I arrived at the store where I was the 3 person in line behind a customer that they were helping, needless to say I waited almost 20 minutes before asking the “Assistant manager “ John that I had a phone in order to which he said that he hadn’t even started to make any of my paints!!!!! I told him not to bother that I would go elsewhere !!!! I phoned the I-10 and Silber store while driving from the first store which is about 2-3 miles away, was in and out in less than 5 minutes, now that’s service!!!! The “Tanglewood store is HORRIBLE!!!!!!PS 1 STAR IS TOO GENEROUS!!!!

Fantastic experience! Patria was amazing and just the sweetest. She gave great advice and made up my paint color in a jiffy. The store was clean with easy access, lots of parking. Highly recommend to see Patria for your paint needs...she's awesome!
