Absolutely gorgeous showroom and if you're looking for the famous Cloud Couch loved by celebrities and Tik Tok'ers this is where you'll find multiple versions of it. From linen to cotton to different versions of head rests and seat widths, this showroom is Cloud Couch heaven. As far as staff, we worked with Sherry to get 4 dining room chairs and a farm table. She was patient and kind. Make sure to get the membership because it's only $150 and some change and it you can save a few hundred dollars on big ticket items. PRO TIP: Park on the side where the new Yeti store is going; If you need, Handicap parking, it's adjacent to the RH entrance.

First, I would like to say that Sherry Stefanos is a phenomenal employee. She is detail oriented and is a great problem solver. Sherry also knows the furniture well and has a good eye. Even more important, she seems to enjoy her work and working with clients. We purchased several pieces from her and plan on working with her in the future. We love these guys. But just make sure you get an estimate before they start the job. Bobby, the owner, is very honest and forthcoming. He had gone above and beyond. But I would highly recommend. Just get an estimate before they start the work. Sometimes it is less expensive to replace than to repair.

I came to the gallery twice this week. The first time was with my family where the sales associate walked right past me in the hallway without acknowledging me to greet my parents when I was the one looking to buy. I let it go after I sat in the cloud sofa & I was obsessed. I decided to return home to ensure the configuration fit my space & would be tall enough for my 12' ceilings. I return 2 days later determined to place an order for the sofa after comparing swatches & selecting my fabric of choice. Ashley, who was not a designer, was the most helpful & my review is not applicable to her as she was the only employee who seemed even slightly interested in helping us. The first designer was helpful in telling us the differences in height, but disappeared once I looked away. Ashley then found us another designer, Ronnie, who couldn't have seemed more disinterested in selling us a sofa. I sat on the sofa & asked about differences in linen swatches as all swatches weren't present. I was told they look different, but wasn't shown anything. He then stated, "this is a high maintenance sofa." I said I've had cream colored sofas in my livingroom for over a decade now & they're fine. He said, "but are they a cloud?" No, but I'm quite familiar with linen & from what I've been told from other designers, your performance linen is easy maintained. I paid for my membership & asked about a design appointment since Ronnie suggested the sofa placed how I'd like wasn't ideal. He informed he I could set an appointment, but he wouldn't be a designer much longer so it probably best I schedule with another designer. I couldn't find anyone else & never had the appointment set up. I submitted a request online days ago for someone at the houston store to schedule a design appointment & still haven't received any contact. I'm a bit disappointed I walked in to purchase & was basically dissuaded. Maybe since this time I wore gym clothes the employees decided I wasn't worthy of purchasing or I couldn't afford it? I was informed they do not make commission & are not required to really sell anything, so maybe that's it as well - They couldn't care less if RH attracts/retains paying clientele.

We moved into our home 6 years ago and chose Restoration Hardware to provide most of the furnishing for several of our rooms totaling 23 pieces total: 10 Dining Room, 6 Living Room, 4 Bedroom, 3 Study. Recently, we started to observe 1) significant warping, including separation of metal from the wood, in several of our pieces from the La Salle Metal Collection 2) seating cushions lack quality, and 3) substantial wear with our wood pieces. In reaching out to their support team to provide details and pictures, their response was "The issues you are experiencing are normal wearing of the items over time. At this time we would not be able to process a return or an exchange." Keep in mind, we acquired these pieces over time, so several of the furnishings are not even a full 6 years old. There's only the two of us in this household, and we both traveled extensively for work (pre-COVID). Additionally, we did not specifically ask for a return/exchange but rather informed them of the situation. Their merchandise and handling of our concerns are not at the quality I expected from Restoration Hardware. The buying and delivery experience went well, but everything since then has been a complete disappointment. I would not recommend Restoration Hardware if you're looking for an establishment that takes pride in their work, material, and customer satisfaction.

CC: RH Management You're better off ordering online! The people and service at this place is appalling. If you feel like being judged and dismissed by all means enjoy yourself. I was told that my choices in the items I wanted to purchase were going to make my home look, "old." I didn't ask for this lady's opinion, I simply told her what I wanted in which she felt the need to dismiss me and walk away to sit down, proceeding to shop from her tacky Zara website. I happen to be 29 and I don't need ANYONE'S opinion. Periodt. Especially someone that is possibly 20 years older than me and still conspicuously shops at Zara. Yikes. This place is supposed to be an upscale store but has unrefined ambassadors. Low-key NEVER coming back to this store.
