As a patient at MD Anderson many can understand that my stress levels have been high lately. Jill allowed me to "test" a massage chair. She was very sweet to me and assisted other customers with kindness and consideration while I was there.
I ended up buying a wedge cushion to alleviate some of the spinal pressure I have from sitting/driving for long periods of time and I got a brochure on a phenomenal chair.
I highly recommend visiting Jill at Relax the Back. She will inform you about the variety of products they sell, and not pressure you to buy or leave. Test out a chair and you will probably want to bring one home, too.

I had a fantastic experience with Jill! After recently injuring my lower back, I sought her advice, and she was incredibly helpful. She provided me with valuable information on how to sit properly at my desk, maintain good posture, and ensure I had the right back support. I’m suffering from a cervical spine issue. I did a bit of research and thought I wanted a perfect chair. I worked with Charles. I can say this, he knows the product and is truly passionate about people being as comfortable and pain free as possible. He actually fit me for a pillow whilst I was there. Jill has been so helpful in getting just the right chair for our young student. It is comfortable, good looking, ergonomic, and should last throughout his school career. Jill is making this entire experience actually fun for him! And she has kept us up to date on the progress of the delivery. Hope she is there when we need to pick out the next chair!

Jill meyers in Houston on Kirby was an excellent sales representative. She helped us learn about the product and how it can be beneficial for my upcoming surgery and also in the future. I recommend her highly. I look forward to receiving and using our new electric bed frame.

Purchased 2 mattresses and 2 base bed. I am very happy with Jill's professional service. I am still trying the beds to make sure it fits my body, etc. I love the 30 days trial and 90 days return though I am falling in love with the new bed and I feel comfortable knowing I can change firmness should I need o do so. I highly recommend you to go through Jill at Relax The Back before making your final decision on beds and mattress.

Excellent customer support at the Kirby Store staff! Jill Meyers is brilliant and we love learning from her each time we come in the store. She has helped us find supportive pillows for long distance road travel, leg support while sleeping and foot rests for working at a computer. All are wonderful!
Excellent knowledge on muscles and what our bodies need to sleep well. Such a joy to work with!
Dan Sconce has also been incredibly helpful in our last few visits. He shared his knowledge on massage chairs and how to use the Core Nine micro massager. We love all our new products!

The store lost power from the hurricane. I called to check if they were open yet and left a voice message. Jill, the manager(?), called me back from her PERSONAL cell phone to tell me what was going on at the store. She was AWESOME! I went to the store and bought MORE than what I needed but I WILL use everything! The lumbar support pillows for travel are GREAT! I use them in my vehicles and when they finally sprung a leak and wouldn’t hold air(ten years of constant use), so I needed replacements. Kirby drive store in houston, Texas.

Purchased the Gravis Zero Gravity Recliner from the showroom floor immediately before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. Even though Relax the Back stores soon experienced loss of power, Clarice (Katy store) and Charles (Kirby store) worked closely with me to make delivery two days before my scheduled nasal surgery.
One of the benefits of the recliner was it allowed me to sleep with my head upright during recovery.
The customer service extended to me given the stressful weather circumstances and timeline was extraordinary. The chair is very comfortable, stylish and looks great sitting in my living area.
I offer my highest recommendation for both the product and customer service from Clarice and Charles.

Antônio from Town and Country, Jill and Charles from Kirby they are awesome Sales people, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and willing to work cross store to accommodate my needs. I have no complaints about either the service or their products!
