My boyfriend and I came to this place for the first time. We are Hispanic and were not given any attention while we browsed; however, the workers were overly attent to white customers who entered the store after us.

I love this store!!! All the people there are incredibly helpful and so kind. The clothes are adorable and I get all my e. newton here. Best store in the village!! All my friends love it too!!

5 days return policy. LOL I was getting something as a gift and asked about return policy and they just mentioned it was store credit and not that I had 5 days. Pretty angry because that store was too expensive to gift anybody something from that with that policy.

I bought about 6 items and the manager was extremely rude. She told me they closed at 5 as I was checking out and while she let in 2 other customers not telling them a thing about closing. The 2 salespeople were very helpful and courteous.

I went for the first time today to Raspberry Rose to exchange a gift. I had the best customer service and all the clothing and accessories were unique and the fabrics were soft as butter. If you've never been to this boutique...go check it out! I highly recommend it.
