I call the front desk to day to book a room for 2 days he charged me double when I said I had a room yesterday in the same area with a half price he hung up on me. Impolite person I couldn't understand his english either he is from India I believe. Be nice to your customer I called next door hotel i spook to a nice lady I had the room with half price and better service. He take advantage of people without power and too hot ? stay away from this location there is more hotel next to this one with better service and location I live 3 miles away why this guy trying to rise price because people need place to stay we have one baby girl we can not stay at home without air conditioner we need to help each other not take advantage shame on you.

Excellent choice to lay your head. The rooms were outstanding the staff was very accommodating and made you feel like you were home.

In the midst of recent flooding in my area we had to leave home and come here. This isn't the first time in this same senerio having to room here due to devastation from our weather and these guys that run this location have always been fair and super nice to us each time we've had to stay here. Highly recommendIsn't first class celeb type of living for a day or two but very very comfortable and convenient. Thx yall for being so cool

First impressions: I am stunned with the decor and appointments.The barn door for the lavatory/shower, the backlighting for the sink, the style of the closet and lavatory doors. Even the tissue box cover speaks of the ambiance.Microwave and mini refrigerator in a king bed room.This hotel seems recently renovated and remodeled.Rooms: With the door closed there are some hushed sounds, otherwise quiet/no traffic noise.Noteworthy details: The unique lights on either side of the bed are intriguing possibly romantic.

FYI they charge per person each night. Also blow dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was no good, room was average. For the price you could get a better hotel

Online says pet friendly. It does not allow pets and staff didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise.

Beautiful and very clean hotel! Friendly staff! Samir and Yogi went above and beyond to meet my needs! They were so nice and kind. Definitely recommend staying here!

Incredible experience with Palace inn Houston. never had to worry about my car as the lot is extremely well lit and there are functioning security cameras pointed at every parking spot. Absolutely lovely janitorial staff and desk receptionist. The people who run this place really should be proud. You have something seldom seen in a world of bad hotels. I will 100% be returning when I have any reason to be in the Houston area. Thank you all and God bless you?Rooms: Rooms were very clean and stylistically pleasing. Minimalistic in design but these are very well equipped hotel rooms for the money.

Rooms were clean. Building is only a year old. The guy did warn us about break ins and thefts but we never had a problem for the 2 weeks we were there. Pretty busy area.
