The manager (Marcus) was extremely helpful and understanding when I had an issue with a tool I purchased, he helped me get the one I needed in no time.
Overall it was a great customer service experience!

I normally recycle my and purchase my oil here. Today was interesting since the girl at the counter said, "don't let the door hit me on the way out". Sarcastic comment which translates to your not welcome here.I didn't make a mess and nor threw my containers in their trash bin. I was heading to my vehicle to put up the containers and then head back inside to get oil and filters but didn't..If that door would of hit me then I would probably got cut since the glass on the door was shattered but still had shards dangling.Plenty of other places to spend money for automotive needs.

I needed help finding an item, and the gentleman took me directly to it and rang up my purchase right away. He was very friendly and helpful. There are 3 auto parts stores very close by, Auto Zone, Advance, but O'Reilly is our go to for everything.I had checked the prices on Amazon and O'Reilly beat them by $3. I'm a very happy customer.

Just want to give a shout out to Elvan I believe his name was I was in Saturday and again today he is always willing to help over and beyond. As I stood in line I watched as he handled customers that had a language barrier between them but he handled it like a champ. I am so happy to see such a good work ethnic it is few and far between.

II I went in and spoke to Alvin (maybe Elvin). He was very helpful and help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very courteous and had me checked out and on my way in no time.

I was told so and so was making my check engine light come on. I didn't take his word for it, so I went to an actual mechanic who told me the real problem. I guess the salesman wanted me to look silly.
