Needed to borrow a tool to change out the batteries for some work equipment. Didn’t want to buy new for a one time use. The guy at the counter, Marcus, was helpful and persistent on finding the tool I needed. Appreciate him for his customer service and help.

Went to the store to get my battery tested the manager BJ said it was good. It must be my starter or alternator. It wasn't either went to auto zone across the street and was determined it was my battery that was bad. How many people has she not does this too? People come here thinking they will be honest with you. Sad it's not true...

Usually a good store, but called this morning about a rental tool, the girl said she had no ideal what I'm talking about, asked to speak to someone more knowledgeable, she said she the only one there and hung up the phone!! Are you kidding me???????
