I previously purchased my car battery from this location in May 2022. Yesterday, I had trouble starting my car going home. However, once it did start up, I called this place to let them know I am on the way and may need a battery replacement, and they voiced okay! As I arrived around 8:45pm, I asked the worker if he could check my battery to see if it as any good, and he tells me he can check it but does not check it and says “well will the car start back up if you turn it off. I have jump box but it’s a bit iffy.” So he pursued to follow through with me purchasing a battery and the worker (grey beard, tall/slim) stated he cannot change my battery because it was dark, they were getting ready to close and also he could not change it because “it is too difficult.” I informed him that he was the same one who inserted the battery in my car back in 2022 of May and he states “oh we’re not supposed to and I do not remember that.” He chose to not help me when he could have! Therefore, I went to another O’Reilly 10 mins from there, and they checked my battery and my alternator, ALL WAS GOOD!! Clearwood could have done the same thing if he was not so rude!

Like the other reviews say avoid this location at all cost.. I was helped by the manager andy.. I placed an online order and received an email stating it was ready.. when I go there andy claimed I didnt have an order in the system even after showing him the email. Took him about 20 min to "find" my order. Than andy claimed the items I ordered were out of stock and started walking around the store.. My order had been picked and placed and was sitting in the online order area the whole time after about 20 minutes I got my order. After I left, I remember andy had took my driver license when he went around the store looking for my already picked order and he failed go return my driver license. I realized and called the store and they told me andy had already left and wasn't picking up his phone.. I had to get another driver license. andy is totally incompetent and I will never be back to this location.

This location sucks, I spend thousands a month with oriellys near my shop (they take care of me) , but the manager (Andy) at this location as a complete A-Hole, treats his workers like trash in front of customers and has no respect towards customers whatsoever, treats them like they are incompetent.Customer service desperately needs help at this location, this is the 2nd time I experience this with him and I can’t believe he is still here, ridiculous to say the least.

Manager refused to check a battery. Older man with beard. Very rude, doesn’t want to do his job.
