Can't even buy gas when closed, never seen that before. Convince store closed no bid deal but your closing your pumps. Make no sense. Guess they don't want to make money and they're one of the few e85 stations around.

Rude, rude, rude! Unable to use my electronic gift card because cashier wasn't capable of doing it and wouldn't call for assistance. She then refused to accept mychange for my gas. Thankfully a gentleman took my change, paid on his card and added $5.00 . There are still good people in this world, but they definitely don't WORK HERE.

Came to get gas after going to eat and they close at 11:30 it was 11:15 when we showed up by 11:19 p.m. she was completely closed. The doors were locked with the lights on by 11:15

At 5:06 on 07,25,2023, the cashier Siri S. left me feeling distressed during checkout. Upon my arrival, I greeted her a good morning and received an impolite greeting back. Once I entered the store she accused me of being discourteous, insulted my intelligence, and announced my card did not work when a customer entered the store. I’ve never had a problem with any Murphy location until today!

Stopped off Murphy's on Rowlett to buy lottery tickets. They told me they had to scan my driver's license. I don't want to be in their database. I just want to make a purchase absolute big brother.We don't want your business was the response. Walked out.THE HELL WITH THAT PLACE WON'T GO BACK.

Worst experience at a gas station ive ever had. Had only cash to pay for gas and while workers where inside they refused to let customers in and said they where closed at 9:00pm when it shows they close at 11:00pm i barely made it to another gas station down the road. Will never have business with them again if i could give less than one star i would.
