Worst customer experience and service. Tried to return these shoes in the store but they refused even though I never wore them. The scuff was on them when I bought them on happened while trying on in the store. Beware of their shady return policy!

I walked in looking to make a purchase. It's my birthday month. There were two employees on the sales floor who did not greet or assist customers. I walked the entire store, ultimately leaving empty-handed due to both employeeswereon their cell phones.. My experience was horrible , I think I will go to Galleria to make my purchase. Please train your employees how wow the customer.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you need and the manager is simply very friendly and solves any problem you have, I definitely recommend it, I would go again even if I stay far away.
