I have been trying to resolve an issue with this store for over a month!! An unauthorized transaction was made on my credit card at this store for a phone I do not have! At first I thought it could have been a mistake, but after all this run around it's looking like fraud and identity theft! I have contacted the corporate office to file a complaint since they don't answer the phone. I have also contacted the Harris county sheriff's office to file a report! The owner/ manager of the store seems very unconcerned..

Great staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The ladies working in Dec 17 at this location did great job in getting my cell phone back on the network in time for me use my phone in a business conference call that day . They both should get Christmas bonus for their great work
