This METRO PCS Location is the best in texaccess. The staff is so professional and loving period Mike and Jonathan are the most awesome representatives of metro PC s I've ever met although I was not able to keep the same phone number that I had. I got excellent service and now a new family with metro PC s. Jonathan is such a great worker!!! Amazing customer service, fast, efficient and the sweetest ever specially with my mom! Helped my mom to understand more how to activate her phone and did his best to find a way to help us fix the issue and he fixed it!! Love this specific store and specially Jonathan!❤️
