She didn't give me my$ 5 back. The large girl knew what she was doing. I didn't say anything because Instead of doing something, I would rather not support this business anymore with my money. I will go elsewhere. Ridiculous, racist, unprofessional. Much like the Popeyes down the road. A re-staff is needed. Unfortunately this is how this part of town is going to. I will have better days in katy and Sugarland. Thank you for your time, sincerely dear customer.

Awful experience! We purchased a phone 3 months ago and it doesn't work. No GPS signal, data works for a bit and then stops working. I came several times to try to get this issue fixed and they said I had to call samsung for them to fix it, I purchased this phone here at this store so they should be the ones fixing the issue. I bet this phone was used when they sold it to me cause no phone stops working properly after 3 months of use. Also, the staff is super rude. Never coming to this store again!Malisima experiencia! Me vendieron un telefono arruinado, hace 3 meses que lo compre y tiene garantia de un año. Cuando fui para que me resolvieran me trataron super mal y me mandaron a samsung a ver si ellos me resuelven.No les recomendaria esta tienda a nadie.
