This is the second time this store has ripped me off.The first time, they charged my card two times for the sameThis time, I came to pay my 60 bill I gave her 70. She said no change they would give me credit. But I just received a text saying that I had paid 65 ??Now the girl said my bill is 65 +5 service..This store is obviously managed by a greedy,spineless Schuster. Who cares about nothing other than himself and will do any underhanded trick to cheet you out of a buck

We went in to "upgrade our phones" when we decided what phone we wanted and asked if it does specific things the young guy said it does what we were looking for. When we get home and go through it..well guess what..that's right IT DON'T DO CERTAIN THINGS. Now we have something that is the same as what we had before. Quick to make a sale but not a customer.

Probably one of the best Metro by T Mobile store experiences that I have had. My sales rep Samuel, not only did he call around to the nearby stores for the phone I wanted that they had out of stock and drove to pick it up for me; He hooked me up with the VIP plan, so I get 20% off the $60 plan ($48 a month). If you ask your sales rep about it nicely,you might get the hook up too. Thank me later.
