I was disappointed in the service of this place, I had previously gone and left satisfied, last Tuesday I went to buy my husband a phone and they did not give us any recommendations for the phone and it turned out that the phone is not good at all I returned that same day to return it and the guy who helped me told me that it could not be returned and I am still trying to return it because it has to be within 14 days and there is always that same person.

Do not buy a Phone from that place. They sold me a defective phone that has a bad speaker on the Samsung Android. We were told that we will receive a New Phone on today. Lies! Now my family, and I have to wait 3-5 days to get another phone. Waste of $120!

I went in today Sunday at 12:00 pm the girl that was working had a long sleeve of tattoos and long nails with glasses she had her mask down the whole time, was being so disrespectful to me and my family.She was talking on the phone at the same time she was taking us and she told the person she was talking to “these people be having attitude”in front of us. We were not being disrespectful to her she already had her attitude once we walked in. I do not recommend this Metro they need to hire better employees!!!

I would give zero stars if it were possible and I'm very disappointed that I have to give at least one, because it's more than this store deserves. I want to note first that T Mobile as a company is awesome and Im very satisfied with the company T Mobile, however this is a terrible location and they were quick to tell me that they are not company owned and so they refused to do the warranty exchange for my Note 10 plus that T Mobile had shipped to the store. The girl Evelyn and another agent pulled my $45.00 Zagg fusion screen protector off the phone and all of the other original plastic that I had never removed from the back and top of the phone. They looked at the phone with a fine tooth comb until they noticed that the Otter Defender case had rubbed some of the paint off of the side of the phone on one side in a small spot and so she told me that "oh this wont pass" and she told me to take it to a company store on Uvalde. I drove straight to that store and they agreed that the phone was in excellent condition and they performed the warranty exchange. This store is a terrible location and T Mobile should close it down, there are plenty of other locations available and this one is not needed.

Was here Saturday this metro has really nice and friendly employees always helping me out the store looks great and smell so clean i love coming to this one when i need to buy or need help cuse i know they always on top

This store smells like mold the smell is really strong everytime i go in there i have to inhale that in my longs will not recommend this store becuse it can get people sick

I luv this store there always nice and helpful I think her name is Liz she's helpful and helps me with any phone prob and if she can't she try's her best thanks Liz we need more employees with this good and helpful attitude

I was in there to make payment, gave the guy my money in his hand and he places my change on the counter. Like really? Then as I'm leaving I hear him talking mess to his coworker. Been w/ T-Mobile over 15 Yrs.
