* Update: Don’t buy these trash boots! Ruined on the second wear and the store could not have cared less. Took them off using a good quality bootjack that I have used hundreds of times on other boots that I own and the caiman skin on the heel tore. Be warned that is less than paper thin. The heel of every boot I’ve ever owned is a little tougher than the sides because of the wear factor. Not this pair! I will never ever buy another pair of Lucchese boots.Sometimes when you buy a luxury product the experience can leave you feeling a little disappointed. That was not the case at the Lucchese store on Westheimer, in Highland Village. The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. He spent over an hour with me, one on one, trying on different pairs of boots until I found just the right boot for me. I couldn’t be happier with my new boots and the experience of buying them. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a great boot buying experience.

Awesome place with a great selection and quality service! Sales reps are all real nice and the store is a beautiful place to shop. Store has a fantastic selection of boots and apparel too. Don’t do what I did and drive by it though. It’s connected to Escalante’s and it’s tough to see the sign when driving by. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the service. The store looks clean, nice layout and stunning products but the service was the most horrendous service I’ve received from any upmarket store. I drove half hour specifically to buy a pair of the black cherry boots, I turned up in shorts and a tee because it’s over 100 today and literally nobody wanted to say hi or talk to me. I spent 20 minutes finding additional items like a club cover I wanted to get, a cap, some conditioner and was eyeing off a second pair of boots in shark. I walked the store front to back twice! Still not so much as “can I help you” or l”let me know if your like to try something”… these staff need retraining or better management to lead by example. It’s appalling that staff have such disregard for the customers entering and do not care for the brands standards. Absolutely appalling, I left with nothing, no product and no interaction as staff were busy chatting amongst themselves and turning away when I walked past to avoid doing work or because they were judgmental. I’ve purchased 4 pairs (2 for me and 2 for my gf) from Tecovas this week and I might as well get the black cherry Nile Croc from them instead from the rice village store. At least they have customer service standards and leave you shopping with an experience.Shop at another location if you want these boots. I’ll try once more at another location otherwise I’ll stick solely to other brands.

We had the most fantastic boot shopping experience! My original Lucchese boots were given to me by my father, and I cherish them more than any other boot I have ever owned! The fit is perfect. 10 out of 10 stars. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lucchese are the best boots I’ve ever owned. I slip them on like they were a pair of socks that conform to my feet perfectly and if that isn’t enough they look great. Bellyachers that complain about their boots wearing down are the same people that walk around with holes in their underwear.

Third time I have been at this Lucchese location. I walked in today. 4 female employees chatting at the desk, not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. I knew which boots I wanted. Never helped. No other customers in the store. They just lost another 4K sale. Lat time I go to this location. Frisco, Fort Worth and Dallas are so friendly! Btw... read all your Diatribe responses to the negative reviews. Don't even worry about responding to mine. You don't do a thing to make a difference! I spoke with Leland on the phone afterwards and got the names of the manager Taylor and general manager Micheal. This will be going all the way to the top.

Warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in even though I was dressed down. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even offered me a drink which was very kind of them. They have a large in store selection of men's and women's items. I cannot think of a bad word to say as per the store. The only downside is that it's in a very high traffic area which I suggest you go right before open or close so you can get a parking spot. They are not the only store that has this issue it's just that area. The next time I get the need for a new pair of boots I will gladly return to this location despite the traffic and parking situation. I would like to let the upper management that the sales staff did an excellent job and deserves to be recognized. Thank you again and until next time ?

They will be happy to take your money, but good luck getting your boots. Better off shopping at a local boot shop with customer service. This is more of a showroom.

We have been waiting months for a pair of boots. They are not custom. Be careful to validate delivery of your boots before purchase. They have your money for months. Wonder if there is a fundamental problem internally with them. Same experience with our last order prior to this one. Slow and you have to call them as they don't provide updates.

Wonderful boots if you can find a pair that fits. I’m 10.5. Pretty sure that should be available. Wife had to pick ones that were available as well not many sizes for her. Would be 5 stars if sizes were available for what is on display.
