The team here is incredibly helpful!! I ordered my first Lovesac couch from this location, and expanded it a few years later. They were extremely helpful in picking a new layout and making the ordering process a breeze. I just ordered new covers for the couch in a different color, and went in to match a paint sample to the new couch covers. Alex and the rest of the team made the process so easy. Thank you Alex and the Lovesac Galleria team!!

Sunil was amazing!!! I have looked at Lovsac in commercials and online for years. I’ve always wanted one but wanted to sit on one first. I FINALLY got to go to the Houston Galleria!!! I was beyond excited! It was so nice to see the sactional in person!!! Sunil helped me configure what I wanted and didn’t try to over sell me. I’m excited that I can add pieces and I can afford them - I can change the covers if I choose- and they are washable!!!! I can’t wait for mine to come in - just 2 weeks!!!! SO EXCITED!! THANKS SUNIL!

Finally finished setting it up. Pieces are heavy. Stealthtech indeed is a pain to put together. Highly over priced. Find another brand. There are other sanctional options out there. Shipping is a mess. And look at the reviews on the app about getting the stealthtech. Poor quality. Beware of nice salespeople. They are only being nice to sell. You've been warned. Do your research first.

I had such a great experience with the Lovesac at the Galleria! Our representative Bradley was amazing and patient while he talked to me as well as other families about the options. We got our Lovesac sectional literally a week later! After arrival I decided I wanted to change from a regular seat to a storage seat and all I had to do was call Bradley up and he easily took care of it. Cannot say enough great things about our Lovesac and Bradley! This couch is a game changer!

At first I was skeptical I was able to make this my mental health more happier. I don't like to lay on bed and watch t.v. or relax that's only for sleeping at night only or my gaming chair that is only for gaming. When I added the super love sac in my room. I put a fluffy blanket over me while on the charcoal coat. And omg I knocked out its like a little heaven to me flying in the air. My mental health after bieng in the military as a veteran really helps me I just got back and I been spoiling my self with lots of goodies and I'm happy I found this in the Galleria mall. #HTown

Seriously couldn’t be happier with our sofa and the service by the Galleria Lovesac.. We worked with Mathew and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process of ordering and delivery and returning the first covers. We ended up ordering the fabric without the piping but we first ordered it with it and then returned it and they replaced it for free. We LOVE that we can wash each and every piece of fabric on this sofa. It’s suuuper comfy and everyone comments about the comfort and with some pillows and throws we made it look just as good as one of the more designer sofas. I really struggled on whether I was going to like it because it seems pretty clunky but the features of washing and being able to configure it for any space was a key factor that I had to consider. We have dogs and kids and spending a lot on a fancy sofa would make me nervous and way to worried about getting it dirty so the peace of mind is worth it. Im the biggest advocate of the lovesac to anyone who comes over and asks. One tip: don’t get a weave fabric if you have dogs or kids. It’s not nearly as comfortable and stuff gets caught in the weave and it get stuck until you wash it. We just love it and trust me lovesac gives incredible customer service.

OMG amazing customer service! I’ve shopped at the store before and it’s always been great with helpful associates. But this time! I cannot express my appreciation for Tori enough!
