The Rear door on the passenger side of my TeslaY had 3 dents, paint chips and scratches. bc some damage were too close to the front door the entire front door needed to be repainted (3 coats) as well. Tesla collision center refused to provide itemized estimate the best I could get from them was a verbal quote “$xxx or $xxx minimum “. To deal with insurance and Tesla would be a nightmare so I decided to pay out of my own pocket. I selected Katy Coach Works in Houston. They are Tesla certified and their reviews were good. I decided to give them a try but I was still apprehensive about my decision though. I stopped by Katy Coach and got a much lower detailed itemized estimate in less than 30 minutes. They started to work on my car almost immediately.The repair was all done in 5 days.. What a beautiful job they did! The damaged door is now like brand new with no trace of any previous damage. B was the super nice lady who helped to update me the repair. She was very professional and responsive. Overall I had a pleasant experience with Katy Coach and I high recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Burcu repairing my mom's Model Y. We've used Katy Coach Works services twice and found them to do a great job. They walked me through all of the repairs that needed to be made as well as the timeline to receive the parts. There were a few issues with the car insurance, but thanks to Burcu's help we were able to come to a fair resolution. I will definitely be back if needed and recommend them for pairs!

These are the folks Tesla goes to when the job is difficult.. Top notch work, super communicative staff.. Recommend to any Tesla owner.. I am a repeat customer and would use them a third time if the situation presents itself..

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I called them to price out a repair until I drove my car off their lot in much better shape than I had left it just a few days earlier. Since my repairs were covered by insurance, I was initially skeptical in going with the shop they recommended, but KCW put me at ease right away. Their intake team answered all of my questions and made sure I was aware of everything they had discussed with the insurance company. Additionally, they queued up the repairs so they could paint the parts they had in stock while other parts were being ordered which then reduced the number of days my car was actually in the shop. The work they did was top notch, and again, they explained everything along the way. Finally, they washed, polished and vacuumed the car before returning it to me - a great touch. I would definitely bring my car back for any kind of body work in the future, and would recommend everyone else do the same.

Got rear ended to my Tesla model 3 and found this place. They work with Geico unlike other Tesla body shops, the process was very smooth and they explained everything step by step. Customer service was very good, B helped me out and she called me every-time there was an update to my car. At the end my car look good as new and they did a fantastic job cleaning it. Definitely recommend!

I had a 1” scratch on the door of my car and went to these guys. I’ve attached a pic of the scratch and also a copy of the quote. The pricing and explanation of the quote did not stand up well. Gilbert, who compiled the quote was unable to explain each line item. I’ve reposted to Aston Martin as these guys are clearly ripping off customers and I’ve urged Aston Martin’s to review them as an approved vendor. I have since taken the car to Aston Martin where their in-house guy did it for under $1k.Scratch - surface scratch under one inch.Quote - $3500 USD.They wanted to bill 26 hours, which was blended between body labor at 9 hours, paint labor at 8 hours, mechanical labor at 8 hours and paint supply at 8 hours. None of this made sense and they were unable to explain any of it. They just shrugged when asked to explain.Service: Painting

This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Body repair initially had over 1cm gaps, a fender unclipped, under-fender splash guards detached. After sending the repair back, it came out with mismatched paint and horrible body gaps between fenders and bumper. Avoid this place if you need a quality Tesla repair. Photos in google review

I have a less than 1" scratch on my passenger door that I took in for them to quote. The quote was not acceptable. I have a attached a copy of both the quote, and the scratch for your own review. I am not paying for the repair and it is to be paid by another party, but still, I questioned the numbers as they didn't just appear to be a little high, they were beyond ridiculous and even though I am not paying, I don't want to see someone get ripped off. I questioned the numbers, however Gilbert, the employee, was unable to explain them to me and began to stutter uncomfortably when I pressed for a response. When I questioned why and how it would take 9 hours to repair the less than 1" scratch, the response was that the 9 hours was a culmination of dismantling the door, removing all mechanisms, removing the handle etc etc. Secondly, the paint labor was going to take as additional 8 hours. Really? No explanation was offered here. A further 4 hours was added for mechanical labor. Hmm, wasn't this then justification for Paint labor already given Mr Gilbert? Again, a blank shrug. Furthermore, an additional 8 hours of paint supply labor was added. The prose was that "this is to mirror the paint labor". The quote made no sense and quite frankly was insulting. As a result, I've taken the quote to Aston Martin and urged them to review their approved vendor list using this as evidence. I've attached the quote and also a pic of the scratch for your own review. As a quite update; Aston Martin's in-house touch up guy is looking at it and expects it to cost no more than $500-700 USD.

I would give them five more stars if they could fix my fat body. I have not used them yet. This place is like a mile from my house. My car did not last 24 hours before getting into an accident. I promise to write a real review without self deprecating humor. There is a good chance i bring my car here. If they can fix my car and my fat @ss, I will be forever greatful!!

If I could give it Zero stars I would. They are terrible at not contacting you. If you don't contact them, they don't work on your car. They will just let it sit there. Then the guys in charge have zero clue how things work. So they promised me the car one week that it's the next week but 7 weeks later it is finally completed. They also didn't fix everything so much that my car is at the dealership getting things fixed that they forgot to hook up. So I'll be sending them the bill for that. If you care about your car, don't send it here.

They did a great job on my car. They were mostly knowledgeable of my Volvo. They did however neglect to replace an internal antenna that controls the keyless lock and unlock feature. They had me take the car directly to my Volvo dealer of choice to have it added. Overall, they did a very good job.
