Horrible services bad business took my last 2 yrs of returns and didn’t file em at all holding me up from getting g a home and child support court changed phone number and all. Did good for yrs after the owner got sick it’s been bad all bad no good

I'll never so business with these people ever again. I was audited for 2019, because JNL services did some illegal tax preparation that I had no idea about, said I had a trucking business which allowed me to get more back on my return and I never knew about it until 2022 when the IRS sented me a audit letter in the mail. I called the IRS and they ended up sending me the packet that stated why I was getting Audited. After that I contacted the JNL Services office and me and spoke with the tax preparer briefly and she told me that she was doing the best she could to take care of it but she never did. Well this year they took my whole refund. Almost 6k, and everytime I call the office no answer everytime I go to the office there's always an excuse. I'm tired of those people they'll mess over you. It's best to take your business to h&r block

I been going to this place since 2018 never had an issue until this year…I have not received my 2020 taxes the IRS wanted me to verify my identity since I did that now I own 2,000 to the IRS for 2018 tax year…I called I called I text I called I emailed them and still nothing…now I have a new tax person and now they are telling me there are red flags on my account….please I am tell y’all to stay away…I should have read the reviews before I went here

does not look like such a bad pace when you first walk in but they are SCAMMERS they robbed me of my 2020 tax return i never received mines neither did my spouse at the time and they did both our tax returns. And here we are in 2021 and they e-filed my taxes without my permission and on top of it put both my kids on my 2021 tax return not realizing they are the only ones with my children's info in there system no one else has ever had it. And thank god i caught it they said it wasn't them but the irs showed where they were filed at and JNL TAX SERVICES themselves they stated ''my name comes up in there system this year because of last years return'' which is not possible nothing transfers from the year before unless you file my tax return in your system for that year! Janet her daughters and her whole team are Con artist they e-filed my return before the season even started just to make sure mines got denied! but i caught it just in time be careful who you let do your taxes guys.. with much love THE RIGHT ONE

Going back to edit my previous review. Was very happy with them for the last few years, until i received an audit this year for 2017 & 2018. When I found out about the audit i tried to contact them several times with no response, so I finally had to just set up payment arrangements with the IRS. Once I finally was able to speak to someone, she said she would work on it and kept giving me the run around about when I would have a solution. No responses to emails, and every time I called and was actually able to get someone to answer my call, I get put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and never get to speak to anyone. I filed with a different place this year, and the new lady was actually able to show me several errors that JNL made on my previous returns. One year she didn't submit my W2 or my day care credit at all. Now I'm in debt to the IRS for thousands of dollars and am having to see what I can do to recover from this.Edit: Now I'm working on the audit that I just received for 2019. Time will tell how much I owe now. Take your business somewhere else unless you want to end up severely in debt to the IRS.

This place is a complete fraud, do not go here. I called my text here a year ago I have emailed them and called them stop by the office and nothing I still haven't received my stimulus check from 2020 scam

This place is turning out to be a nightmare ! Been coming here for 3 yrs now never had a issue. Received a audit letter for IRS about 2018 taxes and nothing has been done about it. This year I filed my taxes since Feb 22 and haven't received nothing. IRS status shows it's in process. Other family members are having same issues. NOW phone number is disconnected !!!

I had heard bad things about them over the couple of years I used their services for my tax return but never had an issue until this year. It seems pretty unanimous that people who filed with them this year have not received their return. I have not received it, requested the paperwork from the filing multiple times and they never sent it and they have disappeared and are unreachable.

Its crazy I see everyone else is going through the same thing I am I filed way back in February and here it is june and I'm been calling them for 3months now and they pick up everyonce ina while then when they do they put me on hold and like they are lookin for my information and never pick back up and update me on my taxes this is the first time they have ever done this

Every year that they completed my taxes, I got audited. no one answers the phone.no one is ever at the office. Run as fast as you can. You will be in deep debt with IRS.

Company will charge 600 for basic tax filing!!! Also they will submit your taxes without your permission. I hate they take advantage of people during COVID but that’s exactly what they do. I will be contacting the IRS about their ilegal practices and the filing without permission. Do your research and ask for price upfront.

Filed my taxes back in Feb. Still have not received any updates. Calls are never answered. Why have an office phone if it never gets answered.
