This is my grandkids favorite place to shop. They have a good selection of toys, shoes and (non-kid gifts). I think that they do a good job of selecting merchandise so that there are better choices here than the big stores. Also, I don't understand the negative comments about staff except that some of those comments are older than my grandkids. Many of the staff are long term and each has their own personality but they are good to work with. If you want to be left alone for the kids to treat the store as a playground (if behaving) they let you or if you need advice or have questions they are always ready to help. I highly recommend.

This store has great toys and shoes but the lady helping me with shoes was kind of rude and seemed like I was interrupting her, even though no one else was in the store. I planned to buy a few pairs of shoes, toys, and books but ended up getting one thing after feeling rushed. Customer service could be improved.

We always go here for accurate shoe sizes for my two girls. It's more of a necessity because their feet grow faster than the average child. I'd give this place 4-5 stars but the shoe guy is kind of a j*** and makes you feel like an idiot. I deal with it because I need the accurate measurement but would much rather go elsewhere.

The shoe department always has cute stuff and the guy that runs it is super helpful. He measures, checks the fit, adjusts, brings out multiple choices and similar choices if the shoe isn't quite right, while moving quickly and still being patient. And I think the shoes they sell are better quality than a lot of places. And if you ask him to try and order other brands etc. he will.

Have kids...A MUST VISIT ANYTIME OF THE YEAR. CUTIEST SHOES EVER!! EVERYTHING FOR YOUR CHILD TO PLAY OUTSIDE OR INSIDE SO THEY WILL BE UNDER YOUR WATCHFUL EYE. THE "EZ ROLLER" CAN FUNCTION IN OR OUTSIDE YOUR HOME.HELP YOUR CHILD WITH BALANCE & CONCENTRATION...PEOPLE STOPPER. LOVE THIS PLACE

I visited this store as part of a Where's Waldo search for local businesses. This is actually a combined store with Cardsmart. The store is awe-inspiringly massive! The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable.

The selection of shoes and toys is great. And I just enjoy the experience of going to a real toy store with my kiddos. I gave 4/5 because the staff could be more friendly. It wasn't a terrible experience but not up to par in terms of making eye contact, asking how may i help you with a smile etc
