First, I am fearful of the claustrophobic feeling of being encased in an MRI machine. I have tried numerous ones and always have to be sedated. Cassy at Houston MRI west in Gessner was an absolute angel. Perfect. I normally don’t hug people, but she got me through the MRI with ease and without fear. She was amazing. The only person who exhibited the kind of care needed I have ever had with these machines (and I’ve had at least 10 in 10 years). I highly recommend her and thank God for her. Ask for her. If you have any fear or reservation about these machines - she is your answer. God Bless her.

My first visit at facility was very pleasant...from the clean refreshen smelling waiting area with a beautiful fish aquarium, welcoming smile from front desk intake and my ultrasound tech was very caring of my needs.

I visited Houston MRI & Diagnostic on March 1. The staff was friendly and caring. The facility was easy to locate with plenty of parking. I got great customer service and will keep this location for my MRI needs.

Houston MRI is the premier imaging center in Houston. 8+ locations around Houston, Cypress, Friendswood and The Woodlands. Have site of the art MRIs, bone density testing, Diagnostic Ultrasound, CT and of course Xrays. I went there yesterday for Ultrasound and they diagnosed my condition within 4 hours and sent me a full report! Slept soundly last night. Thanks to all your helpful and knowledgeable staff!

The person who took my xray is great.The front desk was not very professionalMy appointment was at 4pm i arrived 3:50pmI filled my papers and sat waiting. A person shows up dressing like q doctor with his sonAnd the front desk ask him where does he work and was very interested in talking to that doctor and introduced ger self to him and shook his hand, then she gave him the papers to fill and as soon as he finished which was around 4:19pm she puts him ahead of me and call him in!!!She needs to learn not to treat customers based on what they look like or what they work.I been in this place before its great but i was very disappointed by what happened
