Very bad experience with this insurance agent. 1. Auto insurance. Got a quote online and purchased a policy. All information was submitted correctly. I receive a call from this insurance agent a few days later wanting to clarify the information. Few days later, I receive a letter from Allstate stating my auto insurance will be terminated effective in a few days due to underwriting issues. End up going back to Geico with no problems. Not too happy about screw up. 2. Researching Medicare.gov for my relative, I found that State Farm offers Medicare supplement insurance. Called this agency directly and inquired about it. The salesperson online mentioned they never sold that and that doesn't exist. I called another State Farm agent down the street, and he gladly gave me information regarding Medicare supplement that they sell. Do they even know what they are doing?

My mom has had services with State Farm for several years now. I decided to shop around for rates and got quotes with Allstate and Farmers, however no one was able to beat State Farms rate. Diana Torres was extremely helpful in providing me with quotes and answer all of the questions that I had. I definitely recommend this office! They are very responsive and professional.
