This CoolTex Hybrid hasn't even lasted 2 years , AS A GUEST MATTRESS! Whole side just sunk .. our Guests weren't even over 200lbs for 2 nights!!

We bought one in Livingston Tx at a discount outlet. Their top of the line 4 years ago. Darn thing sagged very quickly!! Aleogelpillow Top. It looked good but poor quality

Mattress was ok for a few months the. It started to indent badly. My wife is very small and even her side has a 2 in indention. I would not recommend this if you will have it more than a year

I was in the market for a new mattress and of course the quality was much higher than expected! It's not to say I doubted their quality, but for a local Houston Mattress company, I didn't think the mattress would feel as premium and comfortable as those big name brands. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and I am telling you, I do not wake up in pain and I actually get a full nights rest! The employees are awesome and I highly recommend their mattresses!

Easy to work with, would recommend. With covid you have to call for pickups so be sure to arrange that first. Have purchased multiple mattresses from here.

Unloaded in 1.5 hours but the guy was just going on lunch when I came so I guess one hour. The dock is on the side of the building. Little awkward to back in. You have to drive past and do a little u turn and then back in. Road isn't that busy.

They distribute the mattresses to where we bought our mattress. Their mattresses do not hold up for the long term. We also talked to Mark who said that he would help out in getting our mattress replaced since the employees there were incompetent and did not put our warranty in correctly when they upgraded us since our original mattress did not hold up at all. We were told we had a five year warranty and then when we tried to get it replaced there was a problem. Mark is the district manager for this company and we were told that all we had to do was go up to the store that we bought it at and they would replace it. We get up there and the people there acted like they never heard anything and told us "Mark was hard to get in touch with." We tried to call Mark and no answer. We wasted a trip up there. Then we called the company again this morning and when they got back in touch with us they told us they couldn't help us.

Worst company, the secretary lady never helps, i do have account but she is not selling. She says she can not find mu account so she will send the sales rep. This is ridiculous
