Extremely arrogant! First appointment on a Sunday. Had to wait and hour and half to be seen. Second appointment was a special request to come in early and still had to wait an hour. Because I mentioned the wait time, they indicated they could see me again for 3 weeks. Run away from this arrogant and unprofessional place of business!

Unprofessional. Came in earlier than my appointment like they suggested me to do to accelerate the process. Kept me waiting over an hour. I had to reschedule because I had other things to do.

I paid for two additional MRI CDs and picked them up this week. Each CD was supposed to have two MRIs on it - cervical and lumbar. I went to my doctor the following morning with the CDs and unfortunatley, the Lumbar MRI was not included on the CD. When I brought this to the staffs attention over the phone they said they double checked it and that I could bring it in and they would look at it. I explained I would prefer them to make the CDs in advance so that I do not waste more time, and they would not do that. They also said they would not provide a refund for the CDs. At the end of the day, I had to schedule a follow-up with my doctor because of their mistake. Additionally, I have to drive back to Galleria MRI to get new CDs and then drive back to the Med Center to bring my doctor the MRI. It was a very dishearteneing expereince to be dismissed and have all my time wasted with no refund. Additionally, I found this facility to be dirty and disorganized when I had the MRI. The tech lacked professionalism. I will let my chiropractor at CORE chiropratic know this is not a place he should be sending his patients. Overall, they have lost my future business and I would not recommend coming here. If your doctor sends you here, ask to go somewhere else.

This place is the worst! They leave you waiting with no response, then make it seem as if you're bothering them when you're asking when will you be seen. No type of urgency, but will call your all day and night to remind you that you have an appointment. They book multiple people for the same time.

Schedule issues for sure, not very clean, staff not friendly at all (picture is how they close the receptionist window to avoid patients). Advised to come 30 mins early for paperwork to wait over an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment. Was told by the receptionist that it’s a first come first seen operation and that patients sometimes wait 1 to 3 hours to be seen. I was sent here by my attorney not satisfied whatsoever.

Didn’t see a doctor for 2 appointments in a raw late April and May, today is another follow up visit and we are already 30 minutes after appointment time although arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment time.They seem to be limited number of doctors.When we checked in I noticed the same doctor was double booked for our time 8:30.After almost 10 visits I can say everybody here is nice but I don’t really feel we can rely on this clinic for effective treatment.

The whole staff is very friendly and attentive.Very easy paperwork (all digital!) and quick check-in. The MRI technician was very kind and patient with me during the procedure. Highly recommend and will go back if needed in the future

Office staff are very kind and courteous. Very easy paperwork (all digital!) and quick check in. Place was very overcrowded, especially post COVID. Need to work on the scheduling. I was scheduled in at a 1:10, and a 1:30 appointment was seen before me after 2 PM while I was waiting. When going up to ask, we were told they were running behind and the doctor was choosing files. What is the purpose of an appointment if we aren't going to be seen in order? Other than that, the doctor was kind and explained my options very well. Appointment itself with doctor was quick. Decent experience.

Unsure if the young lady by the name of Arsema works at this imaging center but I would like to commend her customer service. She came into a clinic where my Chiropractor works and I was told my grandchild couldn't come in and I would have to reschedule I live about 30 minutes away and take Taxi. She was told the person she needed to speak with was about 25-30 minutes away. She over heard and gave me her card and said she was waiting for someone and she wouldn't mind looking after my child in the lobby. This young lady has no idea the change she made . She gave me her business card letting me know I could trust her I don't know where she works but this address is on the back of her card. I need to let her company know she made a difference in my day and having people like this to represent a company is always a plus , my daughter is a Attorney and I am going to pass her card to her.

Friendly service, knowledgeable staff. The MRI technician was very kind and patient with me during the procedure. Simple quick check in and out. Clean facility. I recommend this place for your imaging needs.
