This location should have been shut down instead of the Millridge location. They charge you your sip n save and leave you without a drink cause they can’t change the carbonation coffee creamer is non existent don’t go here

Went to cash out a lotto ticket the employee was going to hand me money hit the owner said “no you will take all my money” the. advised to come back in 20 minutes to cash out when clearly he did have the money. Also I asked to use the restroom & he said it wasn’t working . Horrible service I will not come back ever again . First time coming and last time . Horrible experience

The lady was rude when I asked her if I could please let me use the restroom room. She lied and said it didn't work. I ask the men and he unlocked the restroom for me.

Over drafted my card when I asked him to take off an item, didn't take off the item and charged my card over what I wanted him to, then there was a leftover total and I went to get my other card and pay for the leftover, got back home and notice that I paid the full amount the first time. Next time listen to the customer and take off the item, locked the door while I was still in the store, listening to loud music and very unattentive .

Lazy employee locked the door as soon as I pulled up… Location states open 24 hours. Sitting behind the register doing absolutely nothing while I called several times. I literally heard the phone ringing standing outside the door

BEWARE DEBIT CARD CLONING!!!! My Son used his card to get gas last night around 7 pm. He had only used his card at Auto Zone afterwards but within 4 hours someone withdrew his entire daily limit at a Wells Fargo. We've lived down the street for 15 yrs and never had a problem when it was Valero!! Now that it's a Circle K the attendants are GHETTO so I'm NOT surprised!!!

They have promotional prices for certain tobacco products on advertisement in front of the store. I tried to purchase the product at the promotion price 3 different times over a 10 day time span but kept getting charged regular price. On the 3rd attempt, I questioned the clerk as to why they were not selling at the advertised price shown at the front entrance. Rather than calmly explain it was a due to a systems error, she pulled down her mask and proceeded to yell and scold me. Saying she didn't know me, they don't need to take down the advertisement, she's worked there for 10 years and so many other unnecessary comments. When I explained that I had been to the store on 2 other occasions over the past week and half she basically called me a liar, said she's never seen me in the store and that it has only been 3 days since not honoring the promotional price. Her approach was rude and uncalled for. I called the manager the next day. He explained they could not sell the product at the promotional price because of a systems error they've had for more than 10 days and then he apologized. This is the way it should have been handled from the beginning.

Terrible service. Not just did I get robbed They just didn't care. After asking them repeatedly if I can enter my # cashier kept on chitchatting with the store manager and charged me with a second loyalty program. I went back to discus my issue and got an attitude from the manager.Didn't offer to refund my $.

One of the better small Circle K stores in the Greater Houston Area. Outside feels like it has some wear, but inside is very clean. Responsible business practice in refusing service to anyone without a mask. And they always refill the Dr. Pepper for me when it's out. All you have to do is ask. Everyone's so nice.

every fucin night [nick] work store close..this been going on for months now...11:25pm 11/04/20..talk to management n they say shit...i live six house down and if u need anything do not go there after 11pm [nick] he will put a sign up saying we close...i have five different pictures of him putting up close signs
